Very friendly staff and clean rooms.

Dated, elevator problems, close to cruise terminal so convenient. Staff was excellent and accommodating.

This is a small hotel however, it is very well maintained and organized. It’s very cleaned and family friendly. I felt safe with my kids. This was an emergency booking because our original booking didn’t work so we were able to find this place and it was a great stay those few days. I highly recommend this to anyone who needs a place for the night but don’t require much space. It does have a fridge and a microwave but the room space is somewhat limited. I feel it’s perfect for just a few nights for a family or it’ll start to feel cramped. However, if it’s just one or two adults maybe it’ll be better.

The lady at check in was amazing !!! I wish I had gotten her name but she went over and above to help us out when my son left his wallet on a taxi ! I want to give her a huge shout out !!! That’s Customer service at it’s finest !!!!

I liked that the area had a place to dine. I disliked the elevator not being in service the 1st day untill check out,the tv didnt work and there was barely anyone at the front desk. We had a cruise planned so it was nice they provided transport to the port which was about 10 mins away .

Parking is an issue . The underground parking is very sketchy and tight

The staff person check is in was very friendly. The lobby area was clean. Stairways were clean upon entering our room. We noticed Steve sheets from some type of source food towels stained errors between sheets immediately notify the front desk. They switched us to another room.

Brian the owner was available every day at the facility To make your stay pleasant I highly recommend Pasavento suite I won't give it 5 stars I would say that is an understatement that being said I give10 stars

Could not park

We used the hotel to sleep only a few hours after a flight cancellation. The lady at reception was very nice and helpful. She had not yet received the reservation from Expedia, which had been made last minute. There were 2-3 other families waiting on this very small lobby. Thank God the room and bathroom were clean.

My room had the dead bolt torn off, it was extremely noisy and the door had a huge window in it so that whenever anyone walked down the hall outside a light came on which lit up the entire room. The towels were extremely thin. All in all it was a terrible night and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

This was a nice and clean place to stay at. The front desk staff were very friendly. She also gave some good recommendations on places to eat. Overall a nice place to stay.

I did not like this hotel. The bed covers looks dirty it has a lot of spots on it, and the fact that we had it asked staff to lower the AC was very inconvenient because they’re the only ones in control of the AC. Poor customer service too. I asked for extra covers and the lady never brought them to me.

Hotel was clean and staff was nice but the parking was awful. States it has parking available under hotel. Very limited and if you have anything larger than a car you can’t fit down there. Front desk person told us upon arrival that we would not be able to park their due to having a minivan and instructed us to park in open spot across the street. Woke up to a $150 ticket. Hotel didn’t help us with ticket when it was them that told us to specifically park there. I doubt they didn’t know you would get a ticket for parking there. Hotel was useless with assistance on the ticket as well as options to park vehicle. Told us to park at another location that would have been least 25-30 minutes walking. I will never stay here again and would recommend you not staying neither if you have a vehicle.
