It was a great property. They surpassed my expectations. Breakfast was decent as well I enjoyed my stay. The location was perfect.

Fine hotel, there is was not much choice breakfast wise and seats to eat was always full at 9 am. Rooms and staff was more then fine.

Great location. Not far from train station to walk. Good sized room and good variety of breakfast included.

Simply a Great hotel

This hotel is very centralized and walkable to plaza ! A big plus for us was the, COMPLIMENTARY ICE MACHINE AND WATER available at the lobby , (coffee too) 24-7. It has been very hot., forget that European don’t typically use ice nor provide water with ice . The breakfast is included and has a nice spread of assorted breads, cold cuts and aside from scrambled eggs also have boiled eggs. Note, breakfast is picked up promptly breakfast time is over. Rooms have a spacious mini fridge, make sure you buy any groceries at nearby market (REWE or ALDI) before Sunday. Sundays, the major retailer stores and grocery are CLOSED. We wanted to buy souvenirs and were limited to the ones in tourist plaza . Staff is very attentive and friendly, the lobby also offers UMBRELLA for hire/rent for 2 euros for 48 hours or so., a convenient in case you forget yours . If I’m back in Frankfurt, will stay here again. Enjoy your stay and trip.

Clean, safe, walkable distance to shopping, restaurants, city center, staff very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend to friends and family and return for a repeat stay in the future.

The location was perfect! We were able to walk around and explore Frankfurt easily. There’s a spacious pay lot for the rental car. The breakfast was delicious. My family enjoyed our stay here

First time to Frankfurt. I picked based on the location and itvwas absolutely best choice. All the major shopping is super close and walking distance to the river and iron bridge. Parking garage for easy access. Small rooms , but everything you need and very clean. Staff was very helpful and friendly

Over all, the hotel was very nice. They had a complimentary breakfast with lots of food options and complimentary coffee and water all the time. Very friendly staff. The only thing negative I could say is our room had a slight smell that we could never figure out where it was coming from, but it wasn’t enough to bother the staff.

Generally speaking the hotel is well located, relatively new and in good condition however got a ground floor room that is always inconvenient as the rooms corridor area becomes the "let me get a call" area for people at the restaurant, what is annoying as there was noise in multiple occasions. Given the general experience I would try it again, but certainly trying to get a different room, not in the ground floor

Absolutely excellent. Staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. Great buffet breakfast. Really enjoyed the well equipped fitness area and sauna. Well located near restaurants, stores and other amenities. Also within easy walking distance to Main River, historical sites, Alstadt (Old Town), green belt. Near rail and transit lines. Highly recommended.

Decent sized, modern rooms. Breakfast was ok, scrambled eggs were great! The complimentary filtered water and ice were great. The common areas/breakfast area could use A/C. Super hot and uncomfortable in those areas. Other than that, nice stay. Very close to shopping, old town, Main River etc.

i got late checked- in at 00:00 but there is no check in service at night and i had to shift to the nearby hotel bar , as a foriegn it is difficult especially we dont know the language Pillow too hard no body lotions is provided

The hotel is great! It was a wonderful place to stay! It is centrally located and EVERYONE there was helpful and very nice! I can’t wait to stay here again!
