Never stayed and they still charged me took money out my account and left me out of pocket sending links to pay that dont even work to pay avoid dont reserve they take ur money

I like that the property was quiet even tho the pool was near the room and music was playing it was at a set pace .The staff are so friendly and welcoming.Would definitely recommend.

Please improve property appearance and cleanliness. Those two things alone will make me want to visit again . Until then I’ll seek alternative accommodation

Vacationers beware OF ANTS AND CRAWLING INSECTS IN AND AROUND THE PROPERTY, THEY CHARGE FOR USED TOWELS AND WASHCLOTH CLAIMED IT WAD SOILED. $20.00 USD FOR A WASHCLOTH WITH MANGO STAINED. TV NOT WORKING. THE SINK WAS SHAKY AND FELL AND DAMAGED MY HUSBAND'S FINGER.

We had a awesome stay. Check in was quick. Love the design- suck up nature on the balacony. We felt safe and lifeguard at pool. Ideal spot to get to entertainment dunns river, dolphin cove, margaretta ville- alot to keep you busy while relating. I had to make last minute adjustment to my stay and it was so easy to accomplish- just an alright and refund. Place is clean, grounds well kepth and it as a kitchen! Price is good. Loved it! It's definitely a redo!

The staff is very kind ,willing to help respectful. They allow too much young men to enter the property. They just come and sit around the pool for no reason didn't trust them.Never comfortable to go by the pool because of them .

The property needs some updating and the restaurant is closed but they do have a small bar by the pool you can order some fast food if needed. Rooms need a mirror cause there’s no mirrors at all to see yourself when getting ready. Otherwise for the price it’s not a bad stay.

The grounds were actually beautiful. I felt the buildings needs a little sprucing up. The staff was nice and someone was there to meet us after hours (our flight came in really late). The dining/restaurant was closed because of renovations, but they did offer something at the pool bar and someone comes by every day with great local dishes to purchase. It is close to town and other places to eat. We had to ask for an iron (which didn't work). But overall is was okay.

Unsafe conditions, no lights in the room, towels were dirty and no soap!! No lights in the stairway. my husband hurt his shin because he didn't see the corner.
Overall very bad experience. We left after one night!!

We enjoyed our stay but missed having a restaurant on property. Great value for money. I would go back.

Cockroach was in the closet and remained there even after “cleaning”. Room needs better lighting as well as updated furniture and bathroom. Location was great. Front desk staff and bellman were helpful

Room was not cleaned properly. I had a cockroach in my closet for 2 days. I mentioned it on the first day, someone “cleaned” the room but it was still there! Furniture and bathroom needs updating. Lighting could also be improved. Location was great but I would not return nor recommend.

Property needs some maintenance, in my room the toilet tissue holder was broken and the room was not cleaned thoroughly. The bathroom did not look like it was cleaned in a while, tub had dirt stains on the walls and floor and bathroom mirror had white dried on stains

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean. The grounds are very nice with many beautiful plants and shrubs.

These are some suggestion please put atleast two bottles of water in guest room secondly place a telephone in the room in case of an emergency you can call the front desk other than using your personal phone. Get a vending machine so guest may grab snack and drink at any hour lastly big up Dennis world class customer service...

Staff: Dennis at the Front Desk has great interpersonal qualities. He made us feel welcomed by extending very good customer service: he was jovial and pleasant.
Room: We stayed in a 1 bedroom king loft, ocean view room. The room was clean very clean and Housekeeping did a very good job.
Grounds: I was impressed at how clean the property was.
Buildings: The buildings need painting.
Overall it was a relaxing and comfortable experience. I would return.

I am aware its a 'business policy' but perhaps the security taken as protection against damages is a reflection of bias because 'locals' prevalent use of accommodations...the irony is that if a large percentage of such persons do contribute to your revenue inflows, then the standard of treatment will be a determinant factor in their choosing your service. Not sure how long a dining facility is out of function so I will not comment. I am thankful that the security officers on duty came late to inform me that my car door was opened!!! I just wished they had said it a little earlier due to the rain...but I am grateful

We had a great experience. We love how safe, quiet and convenient this place is. The view is amazing. Front desk staff is always courteous and pleasant. They went above and beyond to help us with our needs. Shout out to Dennis for giving us great tips on getting around and doing things in the area. Can't wait to return!
