Easy to check in. Comfortable studio. Great location. The shower had some mold.

When I asked the others in my party about their impressions, they looked at each other, shrugged, and answered in unison: "Fine". Not "great" or "WOW"; just fine. The property serve its purpose; we were away together for a few days, close enough to go where we wanted to go and do what we wanted to do. Nothing fancy or even memorable. Certainly not equipped for much down time at home. Two less-than average sized bedrooms, two average showers, four chairs around a kitchen "island" which had minimal cookware and utensils, but we made it work. It was fine.

Loved it! Nasper building needs to be emphasized because it was hard to find.

Great place to stay in downtown Denver. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Across the street from Whole Foods. One block from Union Station. Well appointed, secure and comfortable. Super clean too.

The hotel is in a residential building very close to Union Station. There is a Whole Foods across the street which made stocking up on basics very easy. The rooms are wonderful - very quiet, clean and well appointed. Having an apartment vs a standard hotel room came in handy. It was very easy to lounge and relax between walks, hikes and feasts. You have the process you have to navigate is a little more involved than usual - codes/fob to get in the building, elevator, room. You also need to do a security check online before you get your entry info, which was unusual and only a pain because I forgot to do it until I landed in Denver. Overall, the room greatly exceeded our expectations and really enhanced our vacation.

It was great to have an apartment with small kitchen and room to relax versus a regular hotel room. A washer and dryer in the apartment was also nice to have. Washing machine and dishwasher tabs were also provided as was basic dishes and pots and pans. I would look forward to another stay at The Mint again if I am visiting a city where they are located.

Location was freat, but the cleanliness of the floor in our room was horrible. There was crumbs, hair and dirt allnl over the floors...couldn't walk barefoot in the room.

very close to train station, Wholefoods around the corner, restaurant close by, big Appartement wit all amenities needed. washing machine including detergent, kitchen supplies- info that the pool is closed for maintenance came 1 day prior to arrival. i didn't like that, as we were looking forward to the pool. i'm sure that was planned ahead

I'm not sure how anyone could give this place anything less than 5 stars. The room was huge, clean, nicely appointed and exceeded our expectations. We want to move in! We travel a lot, this was one of the better places we have found. Lobby was super nice, had treats and smelled so great!

It will be nice to have the parking include it. Or make it more affordable.

We flew in for a couple of baseball games at Coors field. Awesome location. Easy to get to and from the airport without a rental car. Very good neighborhood and easy access to everything we needed. If you complete the online check in and pay attention to the communication its a great and easy stay. Would definitely book the Mint house again!

Most horrible experience I’ve ever had with a hotel. Called the main office and got a request for an early checkin. Got there and they made us sit in the lobby for 3 hours and would not check us in. Desk personnel were rude and snooty claiming that they couldn’t go against “policy”. Online check in was a nightmare. You had to give them all kinds of information, a picture of your drivers license and a selfie. Then they wanted permission to do a background check!! Most of the time the desk was unattended so asking for help was impossible. There were no vending machines, no ice machine so we had nothing to eat. The tv situation was a nightmare. If you wanted to watch tv you had to stream in your information or buy streaming from them. We ended up with no tv cause I didn’t think they needed all my personal information. You were given a lanyard to wear with a fob to get you in at the door and on the elevator. The room door was a combination of numbers. It was all a pain to keep track of. Husband wanted to swim but the pool was under construction. Being a hotel in the Union Station area they need to realize that people are coming in on the train at all hours. They would not accommodate us which is not good for business. Check out was 11 but we saw people checking out at 1. They didn’t follow policy there. My recommendation is never stay here. Rude, snotty and uppity employees. Basically ruined our vacation and plans by sitting for 3 hours to check in. Go to another hotel!!!

2 bedroom, 2 bath apt was super spacious and had everything we needed after a whole week of staying in smaller hotel rooms. Loved how central it was to Whole Foods and all the restaurants and bar near Union Station.

One television for a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment was insufficient. Also, no communication that the pool would be out of service for maintenance during our entire stay.

The lack of communication and availability of staff was abysmal. Only one toll free number (that links to a person out of the US) was provided for any issues. I was on hold for 45 minutes for just a roll of toilet paper... and then just had to leave the property and get some on my own. We got an email message from MINT that the pool would be closed on Aug 9... So we changed our itinerary so that we could enjoy it on Aug 6. What a catastrophe to find (at 96 degrees) that the pool was actually closed on Aug 6! Staff did not reply to a phone call... and was quite recalcitrant when we finally found a local staff member. The property might be a winner: 1. if the pool were usable; and 2. if it were TRULY staffed with someone available and willing to address simple guest concerns -- even just during normal business hours.

Floor dirty in bedroom. Chicken tender scraps next to floorboard. Shower not particularly clean either.

What a great find in LoDo Denver! Highly recommend this property for a stay in Denver!

Mint House Denver Downtown has become our new home away from home, offering the simple sophistication my wife and I were looking for. We loved the location and the excellent amenities included. With its creative and simple vibe, Mint House made our stay incredibly comfortable and enjoyable. We can't wait to plan another adventure in Denver so we can stay here again. Checking in was a breeze, and the helpful, customer-oriented staff made us feel welcome. The modern design and thoughtful touches throughout the property added to the experience, making it feel like a perfect blend of home and hotel. Overall, we highly recommend Mint House Denver Downtown for future stays.

Great location! The room was perfect for two couples and a teen. We loved the rooftop area! The staff were super accommodating with holding our luggage so we could enjoy more of the city on our checkout day. Would definitely recommend!!

It was a very spacious unit with all the amenities in the building. The staff were very helpful too.

Wonderful stay. Clean, safe and comfortable.

First, the property is beautiful, rooms are modern and well designed, and the location is great. The downside (especially given the price) is that communication and unit upkeep weren’t great. The instructions were to see a concierge. But there were none at the desk. Both us and another party just stood in the elevator for 10 minutes trying to figure out what to do as the elevator would start going up, just to return to the main floor or go to a random parking level. It turns out that you need a key fob and that two women sitting in the lobby were the concierge - but not sitting at the desk and therefore total confusion ensued. We paid to have two sleeping rooms yet the pullout couch was broken and resulted in a horrible nights sleep with two people waking up sore and stiff.

They went above and beyond to make My wife's birthday extra special with a beautiful cake in the fridge 😊
