Perfect location at a great rate

The location of this place was great! The staff were extremely helpful and kind. The price was right up our alley as well. I would definitely stay here again.

The property and room were perfect! The suite is a one room apartment with a balcony and covered parking is included. It had all the necessities you would need plus it was so close to the beach. I couldn’t have asked for a better place. It is simple with a touch of home.

Great location, mini fridge, nice staff

This neat luttle place is right across the street from Santa Monica. Very clean, large rooms, friendly staff! I definitely recommend!

I was super happy with the way this choice worked out for our recent trip. The property's location was optimal both for walking local restaurants, attractions, and the beach, as well as for driving to our other destinations. The (long term) owner(s) are doing a great job with maintenance and upgrades - the room was clean and updated, bedding was great, and everything worked as expected. Secure, yet accessible parking was a welcome benefit as well. Another joy was engaging with staff and the actual owner; getting restaurant recommendations, local history, and beach towels. All that said this is a vintage property, and if you expect the kind of construction that isolates your room from those adjacent, well, you might have to look elsewhere. Hearing others move around was a reminder that we should probably begin our day and enjoy Santa Monica. 100% would return.

The staff allowed us to check in early, which was a big plus, and were all very friendly. Parking was very easy, there were plenty of shops & restaurants in the local area, and it’s so near to the beach (they lend chairs and towels for guests to take down with them). I would say that the property is in a good condition for its age, but the floors inside the room were a bit dirty during our stay.

The biggest advantage of this motel is its location! Just 2 blocks from the Santa Monica beach and on the Main Street lined with shops and restaurants. The motel has a retro feel which is wonderful. It also means that it comes with some disadvantages though. The AC is very loud and the furniture is outdated. The reception provides body boards and beach towels which we welcomes very much, great service!
