It made a last minute business trip, day of, and arrived in Town and I searched for the nearest hotel near the convention center… I selected This location because of the price since I only needed one night but the reviews and ratings were the same as some of the 5 star expensive locations! I’d never used this location or even heard of it before. I will definitely use again in the future

We booked a three bedroom two bathroom room however not all of the beds had pillows. Some of them had pillows that were more like baby size or couch pillows instead of a regular standard size bed pillow. When we inquired at the front desk to obtain enough pillows for everyone staying in the suite, we were informed the hotel was out of pillows.
Also water pressure was awful in showers and never got hot-was like warm at best.

Our original reservation had to be changed and was nicely accommodated due to a maintenance issue. Very nice staff upon our very late arrival and during stay. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

The good: It's clean. Maybe freshly remodeled? Laminate floors throughout. Full kitchen with washer and dryer. Plenty of storage.
The bad: Where to start? The location isn't convenient to anything. Nothing. We stayed 2 nights. No housekeeping because our stay wasn't long enough. The smallest queen bed I've ever slept on. The smallest sink and basin I've ever seen! Airplane sinks are bigger than this! Barely enough to sit a man's toiletry bag, let alone anything for a woman. The couch was super uncomfortable. On our second night the lone elevator in the building stopped working. The walls are paper thin. For long stays it's probably great. It's definitely not designed for weekend getaways. Overall a very poor experience.

one bathroom had no plug for tub, ironing board, but no iron, slow internet and the worse was the screaming, cussing violent neighbors that kept part of us up all night!!! No answer at front desk, called 911 because of the hitting we heard and there were children!

Great place for the money. Has its own washer and dryer in the suite plus a full kitchen I mean full kitchen. You are able to bake that was nice since I was craving a cake. I went down to street to find a Kroger that was open til 1am. In the area there many other place to get things you have forgotten like a jacket. One day it can be hot in Texas and the next day it’s freaking cold. I was able to stuff to wash my clothes and not had to leave my room and worry about anyone removing my clothes from a washer or dryer. Great place for a long stay in the Dallas Fort Worth area.

This hotel accommodated an experience of a lifetime for me and my boyfriend by being able to create our first Thanksgiving together. The kitchen, dining room, living room set up really felt like a home away from home. We loved it.

I was there on business and to my surprise the room was more like an apartment. It had a full kitchen with stove, fridge, and microwave, washer/dryer, and two full bathrooms. It was almost too much, but convenient.
A couple things to keep in mind. First, this place is not really within walking distance to restaurants. So you’ll need to door dash it or spend 40 minutes to and from the closest food area. Second, their coffee setup sucks. They have a coffee maker but the coffee bags they give you are not designed for it. Nothing worst than bad coffee on your first morning on the trip.

REPLACE THE BATHROOM COUNTERTOPS WITH NORMAL SIZE SINKS! The Sinks are so small, you have a hard time getting both hands under the water and trying to keep it from splashing everywhere. It's just weird. The tub would not drain while taking a shower. Staff was friendly.

Overall ok but the property is pretty dated with old carpets and sofas... no mirror or safe in the room. Very strict with room service, fixed by specific day per floor... any request for day change in room service is not entertained.

Not a bad place for a group of friends. The beds were comfortable. The living room furniture was not. It was very clean. There was a sewage smell coming from the kitchen sink. Probably a dry P trap. The elevator reaked of god knows what every time we used it. Very musty. Overall not a bad place to stay.

I booked my room back in February. When I arrived they said the room I booked wasn't available. Due to booking with a 3rd party. So instead of me and my members staying in the same room together. We had to have separate rooms. Then the GM acted like she did us a favor. While losing out by giving us separate rooms. If I wanted to kitchens and two moving rooms I would've booked just that. She was very rude and did nothing to complement the inconvenience. Others than tell me how she was losing money by giving me a extra room for free. Like it was my fault they didn't give me the two bedroom I booked 7 months prior.

The room itself was fine. Spacious and clean. Shower had weak pressure but I’ve had worse. However, the halls and elevator smelled like straight up dog crap

The 1st room my family and I was put in had bed bugs so we were moved to a different room while they claim to determine if the bugs were bed bugs. I was told I would not be charged for the 1st night only for them to claim they called in Terminix and said they were not, I really didn’t care what kind of bugs they were all I know they were bugs in the bed that makes them a bedbug!!! I requested a copy of the Terminix report I have yet to receive it!

Our 5 night stay was ok. The place is mostly clean and spacious but the furniture and especially the bed were quite uncomfortable. Great for a waiting room but not to lounge around on in your personal apartment. Our dishwasher did not work upon arrival, phoned front desk, nobody ever came to fix it nor did the staff really care it seemed. The beds are full size, not queen. Way to small and very uncomfortable. Garbage bags are so thin, they leak n things rip right through them. Otherwise location is convenient and compared to many other hotel/apartment rentals, having a washer dryer in the unit is fantastic and for us overshadowed having to hand wash our dishes.

The place was good for the price. Very close to the airport and restaurants. Our suite was very clean. My only complaint was that we were on a second floor of building 2 the people on 3rd floor right above us did not sleep they would be up all night running around, jumping and throwing things. We complained to the office but I don’t think they did anything because the noises continued every night for our entire stay there. Other than that place was good and clean.

The hotel seems very nice however the kitchen was very dirty in the 1st room. We were switched to another that had ants in the kitchen. The 3rd room was better however it had stains on the bedsheets. At this point we were so tired we just ended up putting a towel over it and stayed there.

The property is nice and was great for 2 couples staying together. Our room had 2 bedroom with 2 full size beds ( they advertise Queen but definitely full size beds, also beds are spring mattresses and you can easily feel the springs when laying on the bed) and each room has their own bathroom. Bathrooms are only big enough for 1 person to get ready at a time. Water pressure was moderate.
While checking in the staff was rude and obviously don’t communicate to each other about things. Many weird smells when walking the halls and multiple trash bags outside peoples doors. The elevator also broke while there but was fixed promptly. Overall not a bad place if you don’t plan on being in the rooms much but also want the option to be able to make meals in the room.

We did love the size of our unit. Very spacious with an adequate layout. There were two separate thermostats for the air conditioning but it did seem that one unit for the two single bedrooms was not functioning as well and did not cool as expected. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was a huge plus and would be helpful if I was staying longer. There was not enough cooking pots and pans. I would expect for that amount of space there should be more than just two pots to cook with. I would have liked at least one pan to use to cook. Also, the fire alarm was quite sensitive as we would set off the alarm from just toasting bread. We wound up toasting bread in the oven. Also on that end of the unit, the Wifi was extremely slow and would disconnect at random times. I wound up using my phone as a hotspot for most things that I needed to do.

It feels like this place use to be an apartment complex. Staff cleaning the hallways, rooms(not everyday but will ask if you’d like them to clean it) and the building daily. Animal friendly. Saw multiple dogs on property. Close to dining options and grocery stores. It’s a more affordable option. Close to DFW Airport. We’d stay here again. Buildings locked and only can get in with a key.
