Great food

Great location! Spacious room, free parking and very friendly staff. Our only complaints were the noise from the restaurant that we heard in our room at night as well as the lack of blackout curtains or shades.

The perfect location for a little get away in Stillwater, so many different things in walking distance.

The bed was not comfortable. It was loud, felt like a college dorm. We got woken up in the middle of the night by loud neighbors hanging out in the hallway talking loudly, we had to tell them to keep it down. Not what I expected from what was supposed to be a nice hotel.

The staff was great! The lighting in the room was way too dark. There is no mini fridge or microwave or closets to hang up your clothing or store your bags. There isnt a fitness area. Hotel is in a prime location but definitely not worth what we paid.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful. We stayed at the hotel to celebrate our wedding and had an amazing dinner at Matchsticks following the ceremony. We will definitely be back!

Fantastic place to stay in Stillwater!

Pleasing ambiance, very friendly staff. Great restaurant and bar. I thought the rooftop had a pool, it was a hot tub, but it wa still a nice place to spend some time. The Bourbon-Wiskey theme was a pleasant surprise after doing the Bourbon Trail a couple months before. Perfect for walking/shopping/eating everything in the Main Street.

Not worth the price of the stay. Nice hotel but I’d recommended going for a much cheaper option. No telephone in the room for assistance. It is a unique environment but you could go there just to enjoy a martini.

We came into town for one night to celebrate our daughter's birthday. It was difficult to find a room anywhere, everything was booked. But at the last minute i got a room at Crosby Hotel. When we arrived the check in went pretty smoothly, and parking was easy and a convenient distance plus it was free for hotel patrons. Our room was a premium double queen. We liked having a balcony. There was not a fridge, or microwave. The door on the bathroom was a barn style door. It really bothered my modest daughter as there was no way to fully close the door. We had to make it clear to everyone when we were in there. The beds were ok as far as comfort. The best thing about the hotel was the atmosphere, and location was awesome. There is a wonderful outdoor patio on the top floor with a hot tub and fire table along with comfortable furniture. Overall we enjoyed the property. However for the price I think we consider finding something a little less expensive with more amenities in the room.

We had exceptional customer service and the staff was very friendly and made our visit memorable! We will be going back for future trips and family get togethers. Refreshing to have a fine hotel close to home. Thank you for a great experience!!!

We love it here every year!

Love the atmosphere at Hotel Crosby. Room was great very clean and beds were very soft. I did notice that they were very sparing on things in the room like coffee (2) and face makeup wipes(1) we booked a double queen room. With that said I'm sure if I called they would happily provided more. So that's fine. Food at the restaurant was incredible. Highly recommend the lobster pasta. I also loved that they had a mocktail menu!! The spa was excellent, I had the prenatal massage with Kendra. She is the best!!! **Bonus points **they found a wedding ring we left behind and called the next day to have us come get it. Very grateful.

The hotel location was great! Walkable distance from the riverboat rides, downtown, and the walking bridge. The restaurant's had a non traditional family style menu. Two downsides though: the front desk staff (most of them I encountered) seemed checked out, and the beds were really stiff.

Great location for downtown Stillwater. Parking was great once we found it. Lots to do in the area. Rooftop was great
