Perfect hotel for business travel. Super safe, great WiFi, and centrally located.

Oxford Suites was comfortable and the room was nice. We enjoyed the complimentary drinks and breakfast buffet. However, we were notified 1 day before our arrival that the elevators were going to be out of service during our stay. This was a HUGE issue as my mother in law has limited mobility and had to ascend stairs to get to her room. We were offered help with luggage, but not able to secure a room on the first floor. This was a hardship on her and made for a difficult day upon leaving.

The Oxford Suites never disappoints. The rooms have a terrific layout, and service is outstanding. We enjoyed the delicious breakfasts and fun Happy Hours. Close to downtown and numerous wineries. Excellent accommodations!

The hotel was nice, very clean! I would love to stay again. If they trained their staff to be more professional and friendly. There’s a young girl who works in the front desk who looks miserable, rude,doesn’t greet! Also a younger gentleman who had a miserable look on his face when I explained my situation. He did attempt to help after awhile. I hope to visit again with better, more experienced staff who want to be there. Thank you!

This hotel was close enough to walk to every meal and a plethora of tasting rooms. It was nice, clean, great amenities and easy parking. The only downside was the service. The staff seemed lackadaisical and very under motivated. One example was when getting a coffee in the morning, my husband had to convince the cafe worker to make him a drink which would require her to refill the coffee beans and she clearly did not want to. Additionally, another staff member on another morning refused to make a coffee drink at 6:45 am, and said that the day shift would make it in 15 mins, even though we intended to pay for the drink. Finally, we requested a crib when we booked the stay, again when we filled out the pre-arrival documents, and also called the day prior to confirm a crib would be in the room, yet when we arrived there was no crib in the room. This meant our son couldn’t nap when we arrived and we had to stay h him until bed time. Once again, the location and facility is wonderful, however the staff could use improvement in customer service, especially considering such a nice property and location. (The evening male bartender was fabulous, but I unfortunately didn’t get his name.)

Will definitely be back.

The bar was well stocked and the breakfast options were better than our expectations.

Great place One elevator is the only negative U will wait for elevators for a while

We have stayed at this hotel multiple times because of the ability to utilize your shuttle service to visit our local wineries with which we have memberships. Unfortunately with this stay we found out we were unable to be transported to Daou where we have previously visited with our stays. No prior warning upon booking or check in was relayed and we found difficulty when attempting to secure an Uber and/or Lyft. We almost missed our reservation and ended up having to have a friend drive who was then unable to enjoyed a previously paid for tasting. Extremely inconvenient and will probably affect our future stays.

1 elevator just doesn’t work

I booked my son to these hotel during his California National Guard training in nearby based. He told me that he love the hotel, it’s quiet and he is able to rest well after the training. I’m satisfied and I will booked him again fin same hotel in his future training.

Very nice. Clean lovely decor. Staff was friendly and helpful. Many smiles! I loved the complementary breakfast. Great workout room and pool. But the best thing for me was that my fur baby was welcome. They even gave him a doggie biscuit.

The property is all updated and the rooms and bathroom was spacious. Nice large soaking tub. Welcome cocktail and free breakfast. Had a fabulous stay

This was a get away celebration. Nice new hotel and welcoming staff. Only two negatives. If you want an early check in or late check out be prepared to pay additional fees. At check out time got tricky as there is only one elevator.

Very comfortable and clean newer hotel. Decent breakfast with omelette options. Evening drink with a snack was a treat. Edgar at check in was very helpful.

It was a very nice place to stay. Our only complaint was the coffee at breakfast. Pretty much like drinking weak tea. Beside that, we enjoyed our stay!

Super quiet, modern and clean. Great kitchen bar area. Breakfast was typical of a hotel buffet. Did I mention that it is super quiet for a good night’s sleep? 😀

Rooms were gorgeous, hotel was clean, staff was pleasant except for the checking in staff. We arrived about 30 minutes early prior to our check in time. The male front desk person said our room wasn’t ready. We were traveling with 2 small children & had to sit across from the front desk & watch several other people get checked in. After waiting about 15 minutes, the female staff at the front desk was able to find us a room; no thanks to the rude & uncaring male front desk person.

It's really new. The reception is very friendly, and the premature birth is also very exquisite. It's just that the sound insulation is not good enough. I always hear the thumping sound. I don't know what I'm doing. Maybe I'm walking. Maybe, I hope I'm walking.
