Not clean

Super big room and very close to the most amazing spots in Oia. 2 mins or less walk to some of the best photo spots and 5 mins walk to Oia castle and other sunset spots. Breakfast was included and was very good. We had to preselect our option and was delivered to our room early in the morning. The only downside was that we stayed only one night here, would love to come back for a longer stay. Protip: Ask at the reception for dining options, they have very good recommendations.

The best place to stay in oia everything near by shopping dinning taxi station bus station. Host is very very good. I wish i could stayed more than 4 days at this place. The view from this place is 360 view of oia. Highly recommended 💯

Staff was very friendly. The room was clean and tidy. Very walkable to restaurants and center of town. Bus stop was across the street.

The gentleman at the desk is so nice and accommodating. The property is nicely situated in the heart of Oia though not much of a view to anything. But very nice an comfortable!

Everything was great and especially the location was awesome, right there next to everything in Oia. Service by John (Giannis) was excellent as well. Booked car and transfer to port with him and he was great.

Great facility in a convenient location. Breakfast was delicious and hearty. Pool access was very nice too. John the operations manager was very accommodating and made the stay much better. The property also provides pickup and dropoff from the pier for 50 euros, which I recommend over the bus.

John as a host was great. We had a lovely stay at the Arches. The room was clean and they cleaned it everyday of our visit. I would love to go to Santorini again!!

We had a great stay at the Arches. The location is fantastic right in the center of Oia and close to everything you are likely to want to visit. We stayed in the suite with the pool which had great views of santorini from the roof top. The staff was great, especially Valentina who helped us get reliable transport to the airport for an early morning flight. I would highly recommend the arches

Nice clean hotel with friendly staff. For the price you couldn’t ask for a better location. It is a 30 seconds walk to the main strip and the popular blue dome picture site. Also the taxi can drop you off very close to the hotel so it’s not a far grueling walk.

The hotel has an excellent location. Comfortable room, great room service too. Indispensable to recommend the service of receptionist Valentina. She was essential to make our stay perfect. Always helpful, friendly and with a smile on her face.

We enjoyed our stay at The Arches very much! Valentina at the office is very sweet and accommodating. The included breakfast is great. Location is fantastic right at the center of Oia. We also enjoyed our rooftop jacuzzi very much.

Everything was great except for the breakfast, I understand per covid 19 restrictions you have to deliver the food in a box, but oh gosh the food was pretty bad. If you are ok eating cold bread and jelly out of a box be my guest, but I really do feel like they could have cooked something up or cut out some fruit at least and put it nicely in a box. Also, when you book the room it clearly states “sea view” but you do not get a view of the sea, I repeat you do not get a view of the sea, the balcony had a view of the other hotel across but no sea view, so that was a bit disappointing. We stayed at the Arkotiri tower maybe the Skaros rock tower has a different view. The room is small has a basic modern touch and they do housekeeping daily which was great. Aside from all that, the operating manager, Kyriakos, was the best! Very nice guy, he helped us with a lot of things without hesitation. He’s the main reason I am giving it the full 5 stars. Ps. Everything we wanted to see was only a few minutes walk and that was a big plus. Even the blue domes and the church were only like 3-4 min walk away

It was clean and has a central location in the town of oia (and is also not too loud as it was in a small side street of the town). The guy who welcomed us was nice and professional. We didn't like the breakfast but there were no other negative points we experienced. All in all it is recommendable.

I can’t speak highly enough about this place! The room was lovely, with everything we needed for our stay and it was in a great central location, but the real cherry on top was the private rooftop plunge pool. Bear in mind, you will only have access to this if you book the Marco Senufo suite, but I would definitely say it’s worth the extra cost, especially with the Santorini heat! The rooftop doesn’t have caldera views, but it is a lot more private than many of the terraces we saw and still has nice views of the sea etc.

Amazing views from the rooftop hot tub, everything in the room super clean and Giotaki was so friendly and helpful, sorted a fantastic boat trip for us for sunset!

Spent 3 days in charming

Although the room is clean, free toiletries meant only ONE SINGLE SOAP. The host wasn’t friendly as well.
