The entire staff was friendly and accommodating. The grounds are beautiful and the pool area was immaculate. Beautiful room and beautiful people and only a short distance walk to the beach.

Overall great stay in Jacó. Only 10 minute walk to main strip. Only 1 entree pp for the breakfast that is included daily. The only issue for me was the WiFi was VERY slow almost nonexistent during peak hours. Was very fast during the middle of the night when most ppl were sleep. I would definitely stay again it was very clean and the condos were spacious

I really liked this boutique hotel condo. It was very clean very cozy, the people were great, and it was a close, walk to the beach and busier restaurants. The staff was extremely accommodating and were good communicators. I love the fact that II really liked this boutique hotel condo. I had a terrible experience, from the minute I was greeted. I’ve stayed at this property before & because of status I always receive an upgrade & it has been a very pleasant stay. However this time I wasn’t greeted properly & treated nice. I informed while checking in about a possible upgrade she denied to to me. The property had plenty of rooms available & I triple checked before I asked. However she was rude & not willing to help. I asked if I could speak with someone else she said she was the only one & it would need to be the following day however I was checking out the next day. The property is nice & I’ve always enjoyed the amenities. But if this new staff is going to be treating the guest this way I would not be going back

The suite has everything you need: stoves, roaster, microwave, dishwasher, cooking wares. There is a washer and dryer. It is a really nice one bedroom apartment. The only problem I had was the street sign of the hotel says “Oceano”. It is confusing and took me a while to find it

I found 5 cockroaches in my bedroom. The entire hotel is dirty and in bad condition. I’m not being picky, but the basic cleaning is not really there. Team members from the hotel are not really friendly. That’s all. A lot of repairs need to be done

The Staff at the reception is VERY nice as well as the cafeteria folks. Place is clean and close to all main attractions.

The resort is very well-kept! Staff is super friendly and the entire stay felt safe and comfortable. Breakfast is included and is pretty solid - it's simple, but we never felt disappointed at all. Parking lot across the street was well-monitored - everyone on property was SUPER friendly! The town of Jaco is very touristy, so don't expect a local experience in town, but this property is a PERFECT jumping-off point for adventures down south; we explored in our rental car all the way south to Uvita and the distance by car is totally manageable for half- or full-day explorations. Overall, property was incredibly nice. Definitely get a unit that has a washer and dryer in-unit - it's a massive plus. Highly recommend staying here :)

The suite with the full kitchen plus washer and dryer was great. The unit was in excellent condition and the balcony overlooking the pool and interior of the hotel was wonderful.

Nice hotel with all the amenities. A short walk to the beach and downtown but it was nice being away from the busy downtown area. Breakfast was included in our stay and you can also order food anytime. Only downside was I had a couple items go missing during the stay. The front desk looked into it but of course you can't prove anyone took them. Other than that our 2 week stay was great.

I love that rooms were separate from the living area , and they had their own washer and dryer . I dont like the fact that the walk to the beach is several city blocks, but they will rent a bike for 3 dollars for 24 hours . Overall a great place to stay .

This is one of the best hotels in town at half the price because its about 500m from the beach. But they have bicycle rentals for $3/day so who cares!
