Wished there was enough coffee and tea pods for 2 people. Continental free breakfast wold be nice as offered by other horel chains in this price range. Lotoya and Danesha were lovely and helpful.

Spacious room, super comfortable bed, wonderful restaurant and bar, convenient shop for snacks and drinks, and a 24 hour airport shuttle. We were just looking for a nice place to spend a night near the airport after our cruise and this was definitely a welcome surprise.

We had an overnight delay from our flight so we stayed here to sleep. The walls are paper thin so we heard noise from the floor above us, the people next to us and the noise from the hallway. We hardly got any sleep before having to return to the airport. Would not recommend.

Check in was ok. Person checking us in acted as though we were interrupting her phone call she was on. The restaurant was good-comfy and fast. Sat at the bar and enjoyed it. The gym looked good, just didn’t have time to use it.

Great stay for early flight

This is a great hotel and we have stayed here before because it’s so nice. Rooster, from an adjacent property, kept waking us up during the night. Lots of traffic noise as well. Overall, it’s very clean, updated and staff is terrific!

Close to airport yet quiet and free shuttle.

The staff was exceptional. I will stay only at Hilton from now on.

Property was great. Check in was grumpy - but all other staff were friendly and top notch. Great airport stay helped soften the frustration of the cancelled day of travel.

We stayed there on our last day of our stay in Seattle. We wanted something close to the airport to get us there to fly out without the hassle. The ladies at check in were great, nice and respectful. I would stay there again.

Every staff member I came in contact with was wonderful. The building and room were clean and well maintained. I was disappointed that parking was $20 tax per night. A lower price would have been more palatable. Also, breakfast is $20 per person that includes your standard hotel breakfast fare plus a made to order omelet. The omelet was tasty but that did not make the meal worth $20.

Staff was friendly. Shuttle driver went out of his way to assist you. Don’t remember his name but he worked the 3-11 shift. Room was nice and bed was very comfortable.

My go to place to stay when flyong out

There isn’t much around the hotel, in terms of good food choices (the Denny’s is always understaffed), but the hotel itself offers a nice stay.

Only issue I had was the shuttle service wasn't too clear on where we were they're were supposed to pick us up . Its hard to try and move from station to station with my elderly mother . Had to flag one down that was driving by. Other than that the hotel itself was great

very nice hotel would definitely stay here again.

shabby carpets

The computer system was down but we were given cold water. We were exhausted from traveling from Norway and just wanted to sleep. We got in our room, slept, ate, great shuttle service….excellent. That was until I was double charged for my stay. I booked on hotels.com because I had $53.37 in rewards that I could use for our stay. I call the hotel when I discovered the double charge and was told I would receive a call back. I never received a call back and had to go through my credit card company. We asked to be credited for the extra charge by the hotel but we were credited for hotels.com. We did not receive the $53.37 in credits back in my account. If Hilton wants to make it right they should just comp our entire stay. Everything was in such disarray and the time my husband and I spent dealing with this matter was in excess. Hilton couldn’t even be bothered to call me back.

It was quiet and clean. The two things I needed. Im traveling from overseas with two cats. Even though my stay was brief, the hotel was everything I needed for a reset before continuing on my journey.

Front desk staff was not very friendly. Hotel is hard to get in and out of.

It is in the airport so it is perfect when you want to catch a flight.

Stay was decent. Biggest two issues I ran into were related to parking and customer service. Parking lot requires key for entry, however key was not working. After "reprogramming" still didn't work so everytime I wanted to enter I had to call in and verify my stay. Customer service was also poor. I called in shortly after my stay to inquire about a charge, and was left on hold for an hour. Had to call back to get someone on the line and was placed on hold again.

It was amazing. Staff was courteous & accommodating.

Solid hotel. Strange barn door on the bathroom, which doesn’t really provide privacy.
