No complaints.

WE were very disappointed because we didn’t have a working key for our room for the whole 2 1/2 days. Very inconvenient to have to get someone to go up with you to your room to unlock the door

Very nice hotel. Breakfast was very good. Clean. Pool was nice, clean, towels provided a bit small but ok. My husband was very comfortable in the bed and liked it. Pillows were amazing!!! Room was very nice sized.

Perfect place to stay in San Antonio!! The front desk was wonderful and very friendly! Loved the chocolate cookies!!!

Excellent location, food, service, cleaning

What I did not like was when I got there to check in they gave the room I reserved and payed for already online weeks ago to someone else and they gave me a smaller room with one queen size bed and a pull out sofa . It’s me my husband and my two kids. Which is fine but I want what I paid for. Which was a suit with two queen size beds. They assign me the room the next day. Other than that the stay was perfect. Breakfast was amazing. I loved making the little waffles. My kids loved it. And the river walk was beautiful. Especially at night. Lights everywhere. And the property was very clean. The properties outside area I did not like much due to the fact there were a lot of homeless people wondering around or sleeping on the floor outside.

Great location, it’s right on the river walk!

The staff up front was so nice and friendly. Even my 14 year old daughter who hates talking to people even had no problem chatting with the staff.

I usually don't travel much but compared to other hotels i have stayed at this one was my favorite do to location and cleanliness. A

Great hotel. The staff were friendly and on top of things.

This was a great place to stay. Friendly staff. We stayed for several days and needed to do laundry. The hotel had laundry machines on site but no change machine and the front desk was unable to provide quarters for us. We had to make a special trip for quarters and laundry detergent. On our last day the kids wanted to swim (pool hours 9am-10p) before our checkout at 11, but they had the pool closed an hour longer (til 10am) due to extended cleaning from the weekend. All of these would have been nice to know a head of time to plan accordingly.

Was a great place to stay, especially if you are wanting to go to riverwalk. Staff was great, nice pool.

Really good hotel, parking not included but there is a parking garage across the street, or open lot 1 block away.

Hotel was nice and clean..staff was friendly and attentive...breakfast was great..location to riverwalk and market square was a big plus..will definitely stay here again!!

Anthony @ the front desk desk goes beyond the call of duty! All the staff was amazing. Anthony should train any incoming staff. His customer service, good attitude, helpful and happy smile!

The shower head would not stop dripping. Lots of fecal matter was on the wall by the river walk elevator.

- Our paid for, on the receipt Cabana Room was given to another guest. Our family was given the only room type they had which was a smaller room with a view of a wall building. - The mattress in the pull out sofa was stained, had tears and holes, and many dark we stains underneath. It did have a she to cover it-we had to go purchase an air mattress it was so bad. - Day 2 staff shared the Cabana room was available, so we moved to it. After unpacking again, we went out to enjoy the view from the patio it comes with. On the railing and into the patio was vomit. Phoned at 4:30, no one came, 6:30, no one came, finally after leaving for dinner and returning after 9 with an in person request someone came to clean it. - I was on the phone for hours every time I had to get support with the back and forth of seeing how to resolve the issue or receive compensation from the hotel or hotels.com. The hotels.com rep even said she had to try later because they had her on hold too long. We were in a stressful limbo of not knowing if we could stay in the room another night. We didn’t get an answer until the next day. It was a no from unavailability. -When we phoned hotels.com for support they were able to give us a $25 dollar credit and 15% off our next hotel booking (pending credit of 3-5 business days). -From this one error of giving away our room it caused great stress, inconvenience, and we paid more money to move our schedule around from all phone tag to see what could help.

Every one was friendly and the place was clean. Only down side was pricey parking.
