Very helpful front desk on arrival. Was in for business but had a ticket for Broncos game and mentioned this was my first NFL game and he ‘celebrated’ it by putting me in a suite with a view of Coors stadium.

I liked the location and the room was very clean and spacious. Plenty of parking around the hotel and there is a train station. Close to Ball Arena you can walk to it, and there is a train station that can take you to other places in the area.

The hotel is beautiful and the front desk and staff were so helpful and polite. The rooms were great and the bed was comfortable. Highly recommended. My only concern was parking. Besides the valet parking that the hotel offers which is $49, there is metered parking next to the hotel and there a lots near by that you can walk to and from which are a little less than valet parking. I wish there was a designated lot for self parking but all in all this hotel was amazing and I will be back

We did a Family trip to Denver. We only stayed one night and we chose to stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in downtown Denver Because it was central to our destination as well as the activities we had planned. Hotel had great accommodations And was perfect other than the pool being too cold To enjoy. (Joy) The lady at the front desk was absolutely awesome and helpful.

The service was excellent. The billing was confusing. The only problem was the fan would not go off on the ventilation system and it took a little while to figure out which wall switches worked, which lights. I think they need better software for that.

We arrived 45 minutes early and were told we had to pay a $15 fee to check in early. We did so, as we were tired from traveling and just wanted to get to the room. We were given a room that hadn't been touched by housekeeping (towels on floor, bed unmade). Fortunately, the front desk was accommodating and gave us a different room. We found out the next morning that they refunded us the $15 and they offered to give us free breakfast in the restaurant (we declined as we were on our way to the airport). What started off sour was rectified, so we were happy. The new room was clean and spacious with great views of Denver. Shower took a while to get warm, but the water pressure was good!

Great experience and conveniently located for being without a car. Grocery store right across the street was helpful. Upgrading to a room in the Glasshouse was worth the money and provided an excellent view. Will definitely stay here again.

We had an upper floor room with a city view. The bed was comfortable. Nice bathroom with a great shower and all the expected amenities. The location is fantastic with a grocery store across the street, pharmacy around the corner, a short walk to Union Station, and plenty of restaurant, bar, and shopping options.

This was a trip to Denver my son and I had planned to attend some baseball games at the nearby Coors field. We were a very quick walk to the park and the accommodations were clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and very helpful during our entire stay. If I come back to Denver, I would definitely stay there again.

Was initially charged much more than the booking price, more than the incidental fee. Didn't argue as time was a factor. Mentioned it when I checked out, and the charges were corrected.

It was a clean average property. Not fancy but nice. OUr a/c unit was broken. We were there for two days and asked for someone to help and they said they sent someone but it was stuck on the entire time. Also requested our room be cleaned to an apparently, to a non English speaking employee- consequently it was not cleaned. We were told they have ridiculous clean/ not clean rules after we discovered the room not cleaned. We were not informed of these corona bologna rules when we checked in. We were told they changed during covid. I said "that was three years ago- time to move on."
Only had breakfast at the hotel and it was really good.. Evey employee we encountered was friendly. Especially Joy at the front desk.
