We lived our stay but the pillows could be replaced. Also 2 women in our party of 4 with 2 rooms. Both complained where is the conditioner in the showers

The hotel is very nice. But in the four nights we stayed our room was never refreshed.

Pleasant weekend - very clean, comfortable, and centrally located. Employees were very efficient.

The room was very nice and comfortable.
Two problems:
1. Hand held tub sprayer didn’t work. No water. Upper shower head did work. This was reported.
2. Toilet paper was not replenished. Almost out the last day.

Stayed there before and everything was great. We didn't have shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom. Only gave 1 coffee for 3 days. Sponge for dishes was pressed. On the last morning found a roach in the bathroom and when I reported it, front desk said we'll your checking out or we would spray the room. We instantly packed up and left.

Our stay was excellent. Room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was GREAT!! Delicious and lots of options. All day coffee in the lobby. Would definitely recommend staying here!

The room is nice but there were crumbs on the floor which took over a day to get vacuumed up. No ice bucket, garment bags, 2 paper cups for 4 night stay. Took 3 phone calls to get housekeeping to collect garbage, vacuumed room, and give us fresh towels. Shower floor was slick. Pool was nice, and breakfast was ok.

The pros and cons are equally distributed for my stay. The cons. Hotel door wouldn't completely lock so anyone could come in without a key and ac made the room so cold; the coolikg worked more than the heat.
The pros. Breakfast buffet was delicious and I love making waffles. Secondly the location was easy to find.

It was clean, modern and had all the comforts of home. Restaurants were within walking distance and that was huge for us! Will definitely go back again with my son!

We stayed here as a rest stop traveling from Florida to Massachusetts. The front desk woman (I forgot her name) was very friendly, helpful and pleasant. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Every so often you could hear tractor trailers from the highway but it did not disturb us at all. It was quite quiet and we got a great night sleep

Our room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast included hot oatmeal, bagels or toast, 4 different juices, yogurt, western, plain or cheese ommelets, and egg biscuit sandwiches. Also waffles with toppings, coffee, tea and milk.
We would definitely stay here again!

The area and hotel were nice. The gentleman that checked me in was on a call on his AirPods. He could careless we were there.

Had a great stay here… very convenient to all activities we were planning on doing! The hotel was very clean and the staff was super attentive! It was very hot outside and our room felt great, very cool! The workout room was very nice, just enough equipment to get a good workout in. Would definitely stay here again!

We like the pool and breakfast included.
We are not big pet people and there was tons of dogs at the hotel.
Also why no chocolate milk for breakfast? Maybe add sausage or bacon.
