Room was in a sub basement next to a loud restaurant entryway.

When I arrived the TV didn't work.. there was a horrible smell outside the room, and the air-conditioning broke down

I got a room with the air conditioner didn't work. After some claims I got an another room. It was OK.

The hotel is located very convenient place, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

it is serviceable. and a very good location. staff is pleasant, but as far as upscale boutique hotels go it has a lot to learn.

Location might be the only reason you should choose this hotel/ b&b. The hotel staffs are fair for the most part except Giorgi ( George), the breakfast attendant. He is the friendliest and most polite staff member you can find in the establishment. Always take the initiative to welcome you in the morning with a proper smile. He is the true Gem of this place. On the other extreme hand, the overnight female receptionist is very rude. I gave her the benefit of doubt due to language barrier, but she is quite something else. On my 8-9 days of stay, while I was settling my hotel bill, I’d ask to see a itemized receipt, her reply to me with her head turning “why are you doing this, we won’t charge you more”. I’m like, excuse me, am I not allow to see my charges before I pay? She’s one of a kind. Not sure why she is in hospitality. During our 11 nights stay, there were 3 nights and 1 morning without hot water. Which force us either choose to take a cold shower or go to bed without cleaning after a day of outing. My husband and I did jumping jack to heat up ourselves before jumping into the “ Scandinavian style cold shower”. I’m sure this will be one of our funny memories we will remember for the rest of our lives. Overall, I can only rate this hotel a maximum of 3 stars. A note to the Badagoni Mgmt team, Giorgi is a great asset to your establishment. His friendliness is definitely creating a warm and welcome stay for your guests.

Perfect location to everything!

This was a very lovely hotel, located right at the center of the city. The room was clean and modern, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel also had an awesome restaurant, where we had dinner several times and daily breakfast.

Great location and a pleasant staff. A neat restaurant and wine store is in the heart of the hotel. On the down side: breakfast is minimal and the room is tiny.

It was sometimes noisy at night. The hotel is actually a restaurant/winery with rooms associated to it. When there was a gathering in the restaurant, loud music played and chatters/noise would not allow me to sleep. However, the rooms are quite clean and the location of this hotel is excellent.

We loved it! The hotel was perfectly placed on Liberty Square (where all of the buses load), the restaurant and breakfast were outstanding (even brought in local folk singers who were amazing), and the staff were the best that I has ever seen.

This hotel is in an excellent location on Freedom Square and close to a metro. The bed was incredibly comfortable - we had absolutely no problem sleeping - and the shower was pretty darn good too. The air con was thankfully effective (and reasonably quiet) during a rather warm week in June. The breakfast includes a wide choice of hot and cold options. We ate in the restaurant one evening and really enjoyed both the food and the wine. On that evening there was a four-piece male group singing - they were absolutely amazing (although I can understand why some reviews commented on the loudness of the music) and provided great atmosphere. Other evenings seemed quieter in the restaurant so you may want to check out when the music events happen to suit your preference. Only one very minor thing was an occasional bad smell from the drain in the bathroom. I would recommend this hotel and would go back there if I return to Tbilisi.

I liked the room. It was new and comfortable. The bathroom even had heated floors. Great location.
