Great location with ample parking. Hotel and room were very clean. We could hear constant thumping from the room above; not sure if it was from guests above us, or what, but it was pretty annoying. Would stay here again.

Stefani at the front desk not only breezed us thur check in , but oriented us to the whole experience. Went above and beyond in getting us situated. The handicap room was fantastic -easily accessible for all our needs. All the staff was friendly and went above and beyond to meet our requests or offer helpful advice.Breakfast to Shuttle to retrieving a left items, staff was responsive & genuine .

Exceeds expectations

Room was clean and spacious. Loved the kitchenette, refrigerator was ice cold, and everything we needed to make dinner was available; pots, pans utensils, even dish soap was provided for clean up. There is an on-site laundry that we didn’t need but looked very clean. The gym was well equipped. The pool was nice as well. The breakfast was great! Nothing fancy but it was good enough to have every morning. The menu consisted of scrambled eggs, turkey sausage patties, ham, seasoned potatoes, egg rounds to build your own “sausage egg McMuffins”, oatmeal with various toppings like granola, craisens, Greek yogurt, boiled eggs, salad, bread & bagel station for toasting and another station to make your own waffles. Overall our stay was very good. We will definitely stay here again.

Excellent setup in room with micro kitchen, microwave, large fridge, dishwasher, utensils, normal closet, & great shower/bath area too. TV location was odd though to the side of bed (not directly in front).

It was great! Despite Towne Place Suites having computer issues so we were sent over to Hampton instead but they discounted our room and the stay was wonderful!! Everything from the breakfast to the pool! We loved it all! Thank you

Last year I stayed here and it was great. Housekeeping was there when I requested, room was spacious, bathroom was clean and well stocked, and breakfast was provided and actually really good. This year was not so great. There was a huge crack in the wall where the shower was, a bottle of body wash fell off after it was attached to the wall (looked like command strips held it up), the toilet seat was broken, housekeeping never showed up in my 4 night stay even when I requested at check in that I wanted it, there were crayon marks on the wall in one of my rooms, my refrigerator looked like it hadn’t been clean for a while, and to top it all off most of the kitchen equipment was clearly dirty and coffee supplies with other kitchen supplies were clearly old and not replaced in some time. I liked this hotel due to its location and the experience I had prior. I won’t be coming back any time soon. I plan on coming out to San Diego next year already but don’t see myself staying here again.

There was an odd smell walking into the property from outside. I dont know what it was from, possibly from the fact that there are kitchens in the rooms and people can cook inside. My room specifically had an even different smell inside. Again, probably from previous people who cooked in the room. The cable box on the television was hanging, not secured to the wall or television. The remote control for the television had some sort of substance on it. There was a random hair on the wall in the shower. There was a dark spot within the caulking of the shower, probably mold underneath the top layer. The shower head and shower pressure were well under par. Lastly, the coffee machine wasn’t properly cleaned from previous people in the room. How do I know that? Well, there was a coffee pod packet still in it when I went to make my own coffee. From my understanding that would be an automatic fail if the room was inspected after being clean. Definitely some areas that need to be addressed. Thankfully we spent most of our time outside the room than in it.

Good place to stay, nice and quiet

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the TownePlace Suites by Marriott San Diego Airport/Liberty Station, and I must say it was an outstanding experience! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality. The location is fantastic, just a short drive from the airport and conveniently situated near Liberty Station. This made it easy to explore the area and enjoy all the nearby attractions and dining options. The room was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. I particularly appreciated the well-equipped kitchenette, which allowed me to prepare my own meals when I wanted a break from eating out. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring I got a great night's sleep every night of my stay. One of the highlights of my stay was the complimentary breakfast. The variety and quality of the options available were impressive, and it was a great way to start each day. The dining area was also well-maintained and inviting. The hotel amenities were top-notch. I took advantage of the fitness center, which was well-equipped with modern machines and clean. The outdoor pool area was a lovely place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring San Diego. The staff at TownePlace Suites were exceptional. They were always ready to assist with any request or provide local recommendations. Their friendliness and professionalism made me feel right at home.

Enjoyed our stay, but parking should be complimentary for hotel guests, at least for those staying for more than three nights. The property has ample space to make parking free!!

It was quiet, close to airport, and courtesy shuttle available. Property and property adjacent were very nice. There were restaurants within walking distance which I would feel safe walking to in daytime. I wouldn't feel incredibly UNsafe during dark time but cautious because it is a metro area.

Nice location close to the airport is convenient when arriving or departing on your trip. Not a lot around it in terms of dining or things to do, but it’s only a short drive to downtown or the beaches. Breakfast was good and lots of seating. Overall very clean and well kept, felt almost brand new

It’s nice hotel with the little kitchenette, but for some reason, same as Hampton Inn by Hilton in liberty station they put family’s with young kids on the upper floors and all you hear at night is constant thumping from jumping off beds running down the hall screaming and none of the hotels do anything about it

Beautiful property. Close by things to do in San Diego.

Great place for families. Couple of things to improve are that one of the main elevators was out of service and 2 out of 3 washers were out of service for our entire stay if 1 week. Room service could have included vacuuming floors. Great location and really good breakfast and front desk was very courteous and friendly.

Love the central location and the kitchen in the room. Clean, spacious, and felt safe. Breakfast was good.

Good property, nice staff. However, it took four requests and two hours to get a pack and play for my toddler son in the evening. The conditioner in our tub was empty (Wasn’t refilled). Having only one operational elevator for a five floor property was also an inconvenience. That said, the breakfast was excellent, and the properly met our needs. Really liked the smell of the lobby.

We travel alot but the amenities were superb.

Would have given a higher rating but was charged a daily fee for parking. On the bill it said “garage parking” but in reality it was a parking lot.

Dryers took several runs to dry my clothes... Clean the dryer exhausts!
