Well the hotel was across the street from the convention center. Also close to the beach. Was disappointed in the room though. It was very small with no night stand, table or dresser for clothes. No hangers in the closet to hang clothes. The bath was small but very clean.

It was a nice stay. The only problem was the tiny ants and we had to park a block away in their other parking lot. The pool was nice . The poolside tiki bar is nice . The room was nice except for the ants. They should have some type of clock in the room

Location is great, pool and sundeck are great. Parking is a little tight by the motel but they do have additional parking 2 blocks away. Rooms are little small

The hotel was in a great spot. The pool was fantastic with our kids. We did however not have our room cleaned despite being asked. We had to ask for extra towels on more than one occasion. My mom also stayed at the same hotel and had an issue with ants.

Last minute booking so there wasn’t a lot of availability. The AC in the room was rusty and stuck on sleep mood keeping the room warm. No safe in the room to keep valuable things. The fan in the bathroom did not work at all. The check in staff was super friendly though. I guess for 1-2 night stay it’s not horrible.

I reserved a room, and on the reservation it said it was a room with ocean views and a balcony out of my window all you can see was a wall of the neighbors building due to being on the back side of the building. I was looking forward to the views and relaxing on the balcony. And the people in the office wouldn’t take accountability and said it’s because I used to Expedia to book the room. I wish it wasn’t falsely advertised

Never will go there, got kicked out after a day of staying.

I unfortunately had a bad experience with the hotel beds. I felt very itchy after laying in the bed & the next morning I noticed a rash developed on my back. I took multiple showers becuase I felt uncomfortable. I noticed the rooms were updated, however I still feel that they can use some more love & remove the carpet. I won’t be staying at this hotel again.

Overall the stay way good, rooms were slightly updated. Bed was extremely comfortable in my opinion. The pool was nice although the jacuzzi wasnt the greatest(cold water and dirty). Everything is within walking distance. I would stay again

second year there a little disappointed room was very old needs revamping and hogh priced

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and appeared newly renovated, and the location was superb - right across the street from the boardwalk. For the price we paid, we thought it was a great value.

The place is filthy. The room is so small. Had no side table, no lamp. The mini fridge was disgusting. I had to wipe the AC off, which didn’t even cool our room down. No storage for anything. No hooks to hang anything. You can’t even put your knees in front of you on the toilet bc you’ll hit the shower door. No hand soap provided. You get two small towels, no extra TP or tissues. Our balcony door didn’t lock. It was so bad we didn’t stay the second night. Location is about the only good thing. The pool had a nasty film of SOMETHING. Bartender was miserable and incredibly slow. Please go elsewhere!

The floor has stains on it. The bathroom was clean but it was so small ur knees touch the shower. My daughter got bit by something in her room. The door to the rooms are so old it takes awhile to open them and u have to slam them shut to keep them closed. Our balocony door wouldnt stay close we had to put a piece of paper in it to jam it closed. The jacuzzi wasnt hot the pool was dirty. There r no phones, microwaves or cable in the rooms .. only 26 channels and 15 are kid shows. Only 1 mirror in the room and its the one in the bathroom. Room service never came to our room to clean or restock towels (i had 2 rooms) im sure im forgetting something but this is the majority of it .. the rooms are run down ... this i hotel needs remodeling BAD

The location was central. Close walking distance to a few things. Overall the Hotel takes advantage of the location by underperforming in basic areas and by treating the customers poorly. Just because they can. If there were other viable options within a 2 block radius I would try those before here. They treat the customers way too poorly.

Me and my two friends came for a weekend beach trip. Overall we had a fabulous stay. You can not beat the location, right across from the convention center and beach. But also at the quieter end of the boardwalk. The staff was absolutely lovely. The hotel definitely could use some renovations but it got the job done. Would personally love for the pool to be open later. The bathroom though very nice is very small. Only thing was the parking lot is incredibly small and we weren’t told about the overflow lot until we arrived. It’s the next block over and not far at all. We just would have liked to know in advanced.

Stay was nice. Hotel staff was friendly and location was convenient. Upon my arrival to the hotel, the bedsheets were dirty. They were stained and because of this I was unsure whether they were cleaned or not. I asked the front desk for new sheets and was given one bed sheet and one throw blanket. I made it work. Bathroom was newly renovated which was nice. I think the hotel should make it clear that there is a bar right downstairs from the hotel which can get quite loud. I stayed in room 416 (directly above hotel) and I could hear music and people in my room. However, I'm not a light sleeper so it wasn't too big of an issue for me. Pool was clean and front desk let me check out an hour later. I'd stay here again...just check your sheets before!

Front desk staff was excellent, this is my second time staying here and it was nice to see the bathroom was upgraded and the facility overall was painted. I hope the next project on their renovation is the carpet in the rooms and throughout the entire facility, our room’s carpet was disgustingly full of stains and old chewing gum. Housekeeping did not visit my room once on the 4 days I was there. Overall, this is a nice motel, very conveniently located to all the boardwalk action that just needs to continue with the upgrades.

Arrived 8/7 to a VERY outdated “cottage” (it was just a mini motel). The pullout couch had nasty food stuck to the cushions. The 2 bedrooms had “portable air conditioners” that had instructions stating to put water in the bin & add ice packs from the freezer. That did NOTHING! My sister had to leave & spend even more money to get a room elsewhere because her infant was over-heating. My 2 children (3y and 7m) & I slept on the pullout sofa & my husband slept on the floor because the only AC was in the living room. There is only 1 tv in the cottage, in the living room but the couch is only big enough to seat 3 adults. Called prior to ensure there was a stove/oven so we didn’t have to eat out every night. Well there was duct tape sealing the oven & a Do Not Use sign on stove. The bathroom shower curtain had orange substance on it. I cut myself on the sharp tile jutting out of the bathroom doorway. Broken bathroom door handle. Old used toiletries. Looking for privacy or hoping to keep the early sun out? Nope! No curtains on any window. The one set of blinds has a hole. I called Tues morning and told woman we were having a lot of problems. She stated the manager wasn’t there and would try to call back. Oh and btw there isn’t someone at the desk 24/7 so good luck with that. Sent message to Facebook page. Received voicemail dated Wed from Mike but we were on the beach all day. I didn’t see it til Thurs morning when we were leaving. At checkout she didn’t even ask how our stay was.

The property is well kept and the staff is friendly. The pool area was great with the music playing, swim up tiki bar, and snack bar. It was close to the beach and boardwalk. One block down was the cork bar that had music at night and sold beer and liquor during the day. Across the street from that was a bagel place, and another block down was Uncle Bill’s Pancakes. The only drawback was the lack of parking in the main lot. In order to unload and load the car, you had to either illegally park, or pay a meter for parking because most people staying at the hotel had to park at the second lot a block away.

First time here! All in all had a great stay … had a few issues in our room that were maintenance type things but got taken care of … rooms were nice, staff was great, it was very convenient and close to the beach !

Close to the beach, pool was fantastic as well as the jacuzzi. Would definitely stay again. Only down fall was there was no dresser or place to it your clothes, the bed was a bit on the hard side and the one sheet on the bed had a smell to it. We took it off the bed completely.

All Employees were so helpful and nice. Motel was clean and located in a great location, great views from the balcony.

I noticed this place had lower ratings and wanted to come give a good one. We were right next to the beach and boardwalk, walking distance to many popular dining places, and had a tiki bar in the pool. It was relatively clean. The cleaning service gave us extra towels and washcloths without us asking, as we had the do not disturb sign up. It was a good location, let us check in late due to a concert we were coming from, and everyone was extremely nice. Best bang for your buck if you ask me. Bathrooms looked newly renovated and was clean enough to be comfortable. If you’re looking for a weekend getaway, this hotel did us just fine!

Solid MOTEL for a short 2 day stay. Booked last minute, definitely was not worth $300 a night, but the location is great. Only complaint is the makeshift floor ramp located right outside our room. Every time someone walks across the ramp or when the hotel staff ran there service carts up and down the ramp it sound like someone was trying to break down the door. Very annoying!!
