The property and the management are the best but the road to the property very very bad

The staff are very hospitable. The manager especially was very friendly.

Fantastic, caring staff and manager. In this hotel you feel like at home. 3 swimming pools, bars, everything you need on holidays. Rooms are the best I've seen in whole Ghana, clean, good pillows, air-conditioner, hot water in the bath room, good choice of TV channels on TV. There's a huge shopping mall in 10 min walk from hotel where you can find all possible shops you might need and restaurants of any taste. One of the best hotels in Accra. I would definitely recommend for the stay. And again - thanks to all staff members (Seth, Abeeku) for making my stay unforgettable.

My stay was pretty good overall. My biggest issue was the WIFI. It would almost never work in my room. If I needed to connect I had to be in the lobby or in the restaurant on the first floor.

Actually it was cool staying there for real, just that y’all need to work on getting read of the mosquitos. Moreover, y’all need to work on the solid road to the hotel entrance too as soon as possible. That’s all I can say but big ups to y’all search a coolest place.

This was a very nice stay… They are doing multiple renovations which will make the place extremely nice. It was loud music, but it wasn’t a huge bother. my husband love the place. We will stay there again.

The receptionist couldn't find my booking on their system when I arrived for check-in.I was taken to see several rooms before she finally found me another room which was the same as the one I paid for. She told me she was going to move me to an executive room which I paid for but never did.The hot water wasn't running. I paid for breakfast but they don't really bother to service breakfast.Very poor service. I will never stay in this hotel again.

I won’t stay at Plus 33 again. I can’t believe a whole hotel could have water shortages. Their kitchen service was so poor. Communication was so poor. I had to ask for kettle in an executive suit, terrible. This hotel was once okay but now nope.

Breakfast was great. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Beautiful rooftop and a nice pool also

My stay at the hotel was OK, few issues with TV and getting hot water. If you just want a cheaper hotel for your stay which is what I wanted it was good valve for money. The chef there is excellent and no over expensive. There are a lot of locals that came to use the pool which got very loud, even tho I am a local. All in all good.

Enjoyed my stay at this place. It's closer to junction mall and there's easy access to transport. The receptionist Fiifi was very helpful and the other workers too. But they could do with a lift at the hotel. But overall was a good stay worth every penny. It was clean too....

Where do I being!. This hotel (plus 33 hotel) by far has given me the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had, in my years of staying at hotels. The staffs were AMAZING, helpful, organised, polite and well dressed. Our favourite staff was Fiifi ( the receptionist) such an amazing guy and very intelligent. We also became friends with the guy chef, who lived next to us!.The hotel was extremely clean, water ran perfectly, the food was amazing!. I refused to eat anywhere else simply because of how fantastic the food was, breakfast was brilliant. They also have a pool, which was very nice and a rooftop bar which has an extraordinary view. The staffs were very attentive. I have absolutely no bad words for this hotel. I would definitely be staying there again in my next visit! P.s I love the fact that it wasn’t too far away from shops, as it’s right next to a massive shopping mall with easy access to taxis.

At first, when the taxi man that picked me up at the airport warned me not to go to this hotel, i thought he was lying. So, i lodged at a different hotel in ACCRA. My husband arrived the next day to join me on the trip and insisted we check out the hotel since we already made a booking. On getting to the location, we were already put off by the surroundings (it’s basically in the middle of no where). We requested to see the rooms and we actually liked it - the environment is not much of a good sightseeing to wake up to hence why we didn’t lodge anymore.

The staff was phenomenal. They were really accommodating, courteous and professional. They went out of their way to ensure that your needs were met.

This hotel is an amazing place to stay. It’s a very clean place, and the people are very friendly and service oriented.

Good hotel and value for money. Good service and will definitely use again on my next trip to Ghana.
