We visited Oia for our 35th wedding anniversary and can certainly recommend the Aplada Suites. Paz and Yiannis were really welcoming and helpful both on our arrival and during our stay. The accommodation was clean, bright and airy with a comfortable bed and good shower which is always a plus for us. Breakfast was delivered every day at a time to suit which was really helpful providing us with flexibility during the week. Oia was busier than we anticipated so it was great that even though we were within walking distance of all the hustle and bustle the suites were a quiet little oasis away from it all when needed. Lovely view overlooking the Aegean Sea. It was our first visit to Santorini which we really enjoyed - with an added bonus of accommodation that didn’t disappoint. Thank you both and to your team.

This was a great stay! So close to the main area, literally less than 5 min walk off the property. And the suites were located in a quiet private area. The suite itself was very large and beautiful! We were excited about the plunge pool but it wasn't a really that big and the water was slightly cold, but that was expected for mid September. We still used the pool and enjoyed it a lot, it had a good view! I was told the pool could be heated manually by staff for an extra fee but we declined. The staff was so nice and helpful , we had a great stay.

The people who managed the property (Yiannis and Paz) were absolutely excellent, great communicators, very friendly and helpful. The property was ok but it is a basic, self catering apartment. That's not a bad thing, but the amenities listed on Expedia include such things as a SWIMMING POOL that doesn't exist, Egyptian cotton sheets (the bedding we had for a double bed was a basic single uncovered duvet), a 55" TV with satellite channels was actually a 32" TV with 5 basic channels only, a pillow menu(really??), etc. In short - the property is ok, but the owners have been dishonest in the description in order to achieve a much higher price than the property is worth renting for. It is what it is - a simple, basic, self catering apartment with minimal amenities, a couple of the apartments have a 4ft square plunge pool(made to look like a massive swimming pool in the photographs). It should not be described or priced as anything other. Cleanliness was ok, but could be slightly better especially with the cooking area. Someone came in a couple of times to make the bed, but we had to ask for towel changes, bins to be emptied, etc.. But again the managers were very friendly towards requests. Location is great, it's about 200m up a gradual slope from the main road, 100m further into the pedestrian area into Oia. There are no facilities at the site other than what you get in your apartment. If you book this place, be aware you are booking a basic apartment, not like the description!

The 2-bedroom semi-basement suite was HUGE! The property was very quiet and overall very clean! And we even had an outdoor whirlpool, which was not in the writeup of the room… We did have a small hiccup at check-in but this was resolved the next morning.. no fuss! Getting to the property is by way of a long, very narrow driveway. To the property is downhill, so coming back to the main road is uphill, which is not ideal but in all fairness, Santorini is nothing but hills and stairs ;-) Small suggestion: if you provide Nespresso machines, you should also provide coffee capsules and milk/cream & sugar… otherwise, just provide a regular coffee maker! Overall, our stay was great and I would stay here again if staying in Oia 💕

Property in development. We had basement units and no view. All you need is there. The road to reach the property was a tough walk in the heat!

This property is hidden and impossible to find if you are driving your own car. They did not provide the directions until we got lost and had to drive in Oia 2 times for 30 minutes each time since its only one way. Also once you reach there is a very long walk, going down is ok but coming back up was hard. Staff is nice.

First and foremost I cannot say enough about the level of care I received from both Paz and Gianis. I could not believe how invested they were in making sure we made the most of our time on Santorini. They are absolutely the most available and communicative hosts I have ever experienced in all of my travels. Gianis took a bit of time to get to know us based on our past experiences and then provided recommendations for us based on what he thought we might like. These were solid recommendations. Paz was vary available on Whatsapp and was able to give us near real time recommendations. Beyond the personal hospitality provided, the suites themselves are great. It is a very fast walk in and out of the heart of Oia. For me and my wife it was great to get into Oia and take in all of the action but then quickly escape it back to the Aplanda suites. Each of the upper suites have a nice terace and plunge pool. It was great to watch sunsets right from the terrace relaxing in the lounger and enjoying some wine. I would stay here again and again when visiting Santorini.

We really enjoyed our stay at Aplada. The location is a walk away from many restaurants, shopping, and beaches. The Oia area is beautiful. We had everything we would need at Aplada. We were given great recommendations for places to explore and they helped book transfer from the airport.

Our stay in Aplada Suites was extremely pleasant and we would love to go back anytime. Location is perfect, near Oia but still in its own peace, taking only five minutes to the shops and restaurants. Rooms were clean and well-kept. Staff was amazingly friendly, Paz and Yiannis made our vacation easy and helped us everytime we needed something. Thank you, we higly recommend Aplada Suites.

From arrival to departure we were well looked after. The location overlooks a big plain facing the ocean. They also provide transportation to get your luggage to and from the rooms. Breakfast is also offered at a reasonable price. Center of Oia is a short walk.

The property has fake pictures online, it’s nota swimming pool, the hot tubs are tremendously small, they never mention the room was in a basement, when they cleaned the room they don’t gave us clean towels, the owner make a lot of false promises, he trued to wall to us very expensive tours, he treat people differently. The environment is so cute but terrible management and absolutely fake pics

This apartment is less than a mile away from the blue dome & everything u wanna see in Oia & bus stop. We love walking so this property is perfect for us. The property manager, Yiannis was the best! He helped us with our luggages & made sure we had everything we needed. I will definitely recommend this place!

Amazing experience at Alpada Suites. The service we received from Yiannis and Paz were beyond expectation. They are very hospitable and made us feel very comfortable. The suites are also updated and comfortable. The location is perfect for anyone looking to be away from the traffic/noise of Oia, but literally walking distance to everything. It has a peaceful country feel, yet so close to everything. Highly recommended, and won’t think twice to visit again 😊

Owner/Manager Yiannis is a fraud. They uploaded some pictures of a different property & didfferent address. When we arrived it was not what we exppected & told theme we would like to leave. But, the Yiannis would not let us leave. He said we would't get our refund. And, to get a hotel same day in the area was three times the price. I booked this place 2 months ahead of the trip. Yiannis will make false promises & commitment. I would stay away from this place. The suite we got had no coffee/tea/ water or anything at all. The suite was not even cleaned very well. Tried to turn the AC on to cool the sute a bit but, all it did was blow heat.

Great location only a few steps away from the main strip with great views. All there what you need and a really sweet team which is taking care of your every needs. Thank you Paz and Yiannis!

I could easily enjoy the town, food, shopping and sunrise and then retreat back here. Paschalia was welcoming and went over map, tours, and activities with me. The place was large but cozy and I loved having a kitchen. I will recommend this place to all my friends!

Awesome property with privacy (stayed in the suite furthest away). Super close to busy main Oia streets but when you return to the property it feels like you are in a nice quiet place. Friendly and helpful host, great amenities, tasty breakfast. The best place we stayed during our trip to Greece.

Very nice apartment houses that are modern. The owner and staff was very attentive and knowledgeable. The location was great being one block away from the convenient promenade boardwalk of all the restaurants, shops and picturesque photos everybody wants. It’s also near the sunset viewing everybody likes to go see. I would definitely 100% stay here again When I visit again.

This place is absolutely amazing, everything is at your doorstep in Oía, the property is clean, secure and beautiful. We strongly recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit Santorini. The breakfast provided is delicious, the private small jacuzzi is so great and relaxing, I cannot recommend this place enough!

The service was excellent and friendly from the owner Tassos and staff. Communication from the time that I made the booking was informative and prompt. The property is off the main road but its an easy walk on a lit pathway . I enjoyed the quick tour of Oia with Tassos on check-in with tips on places to visit and eat. It was interesting, unique and helped me settle in and appreciate the location quickly. Tassos was very much on hand to ensure that my stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible in Santorini . The suite design was tasteful, simple, well equipped and bedding very comfortable. It was very clean and well maintained .I was travelling on my own but I felt very safe, enjoyed the peace and quiet with a beautiful view of the sea. Highly recommended.
