I had a really nice stay Great bathroom and very comfortable rooms controlled via Tablet. The restaurant is open 24/7 which is convenient. Breakfast very good and until 11. Jacuzzi on the roof top open all night.

This Hotel is perfect in all ways. Close to everywhere and the staff are great. Very good breakfast and the rooftop jacozzi is a fed bonus. Room was very clean and we will definitely stay here again when visiting Krcacow

Good location close to both the Jewish quarter and the old town. Friendly staff. Okay breakfast. Room looks like it was cleaned in a hurry with dust from years ago still all over the room. Overall the room and hotel looks old and worn and would benefit from a renovation. Very hot in the room as well. Sun all day long and apparently if u turn the air conditioner below 20 it will automatically shut down. Although great location it is not worth the price and would not stay here again.

Lovely small hotel in great central location, modern rooms,a/c,coffee machine, complimentary drink in the fridge and a bottle of fizz .comfy beds,robes towels and shampoo etc.Hair dryer too. Breakfast is continental with hot options cooked to order,they also did a pack up when we had an early start for Auschwitz at 6am and the roof top jacuzzi was amazing, we will return

Weekend break, fabulous food and central to the square. Room lovely and comfortable, the rooftop adds a lovely touch to the break. Very clean and tidy.

Pros: very central, right next to Kraków Grzegórzki train station (you can get a train from and to the airport from/to it). Breakfast was good, there were cold and hot options. We didn’t use the sauna but the hot tub was nice, there’s no booking for it so had to wait about 20mins for people to leave but it’s no big deal. Cons: pillows a little thin compared to other hotels, the shower screen didn’t really stop the water from getting all over the bathroom, the iPad to control AC, lights, and blinds froze on the last night so we couldn’t make the room colder/warmer. The staff are nice but do gossip quite loudly around guests (probably thinking we don’t speak the language; I do) and often on their phones. Overall: we had a nice stay and all considered would probably stay here again as we liked the decor and location.

Fantastic hotel. Great freindly staff and really modern rooms. You use a mobile phone to open the room and control the lights and blinds etc. breakfast was very good. Cooked to order hot breakfast. Dinner was delicious as well. It’s an Italian style pizza and other options and cooked in a traditional pizza oven. You are located overlooking the main train line from the airport (7 stops away and one stop down from the main train station and shopping centre) We used the hot tub and spa facilities and they were exceptional and a really hot tub overlooking the city but still Private. On arrival we were given a bottle of Prosecco and had use of a FREE mini bar with non alcoholic drinks in. Five big stars for this hotel ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Amazing staff who were always on hand and helpful - late night pizza or packed lunch before heading to the airport at 3 in the morning they were there. The hotel itself was clean and a hugh spec - rooms were great, hot tub on the roof was a bonus - relaxed and got to socialise with other hotel guests. Location was spot on - right next to train station and 5/10 minute walk to centre.

Very modern European style. I dont think my a/c was working in my room. Had it set at it's lowest, fan at the highest and still very hot in the room

This hotel is in the perfect spot in Krakow. It is a 2 min walk to the old town, 5 mins from the jewish quarter and next to the train station. The rooms are fabulous and have floor length windows. Hot tub on the roof was brilliant especially in the evenings. Breakfast - plenty of choice - hot/ cold. Staff were excellent considering their English wasnt great and our Polish was non existent. Will definitely visit again.

Very good hotel overall. Our room was clean, modern and very spacious. Staff was friendly and helpfull. The jacuzzi on the rooftop was very nice aswell. Would recommend😊

We stayed as a couple at The Loft in February 2024 for 2 nights. Upon check-in you are given a phone that acts as your room key that controls the heating, blinds, TV, lights and room service. Our room didn’t have a phone as it was out of order so we were given a card to access. Every room also has a tablet on the wall that controls everything. We couldn’t connect to the TV to get Netflix but this wasn’t a huge issue. One great feature of this hotel is the rooftop hot tub. We went up on both nights and had it to ourselves with our friends for 2 hours each night. The Prosecco you have in your room when you check-in is great to have up there and the views are incredible. Breakfast is continental with the option of cooked items. I’m vegan and although there wasn’t masses, there is vegan butter, milk, toast, tofu, cereal, fruit and cold options that change daily. The rooms are modern and have the option of mattresses if you want hard or soft. There is a soft drinks fridge that is complimentary and restocked everyday. The bar and pizza restaurant downstairs is 24 hours and is great if you fancy a drink but don’t want to leave. Everything is in walking distance with the main square and Jewish quarter both 10/15 minutes either way. We would definitely come back.

We had an amazing stay at The Loft Hotel for 3 nights, the hotel is in an excellent location right next to the train station and a 5 minute walk to the Jewish Quarter and a 10 minute walk to the square. Plenty of shops and cafes nearby. The room was very clean and spacious and the rooftop hot tub was amazing, there is also a sauna which was nice. The staff were very helpful and would always help us in any way they could. Could not fault it!

Great base for exploring Krakow and fantastic service from Gabriella at reception. Food good and accommodation lovely. Would recommend

This hotel is a gem, the rooms are lovely and clean . A mini fridge restocked with non alcoholic beverages daily. A bottle of bubbles on arrival. Pleasant surprise was breakfast included continental and could order hot items. 8-10 minute walk to the old town square. The pizza and cocktails were absoultely delicous. Would definately stsy here again

Lovely hotel, clean and warm. Friendly staff who provided good service without overstepping or being pushy. Nice breakfast options, pizza in the evenings and a solid drinks menu. Hotel based in the centre of Krakow allowing for easy access to public transport and within 5mins walking of the old town. I would stay here again when i return to Krakow.

Fab position 15 minutes walk to centre square. The suite with private jacuzzi was perfect really large space for a family. Pizza restaurant in hotel was great as was breakfast hit and cold. Great bar also not overly expensive. Staff were great really friendly and helpful.

Amazing luxury and modern hotel. The staff were amazing and very helpful. The hotel room was clean, modern and a big room. The hotel room is operated via a tablet, which is cool. Had free Prosecco on arrival ! The food in the restaurant for breakfast and dinner was amazing. The rooftop hotub was incredible, amazing views and barely anyone in it. I requested a surprise to be left in the room on arrival, which was done perfectly. Super central location !

We loved our stay here, rooms so clean and modern, staff excellent, anything we needed they were quick to help. Rooftop lovely, prosecco and juice in the fridge for us arriving, beds so comfortable, shower was great and they provided mini toiletries. A 10-15 minute walk to the main square, and the same to the shopping centre which was great. We booked a tour of auschwitz with 'get your guide' and the pick up spot was just at the end of the street which was great. Would definitley recommend this place for a chilled stay.

Very “industrial” looking hotel. Concrete grey walls with pipes and wires deliberately apparent. Black everywhere, even for the towels. Shabby and small reception area. Friendly staff. Conveniently located but we would not go back
