The views were really depressing and there is bit of road noice in the room. Over all hotel services are good.

Very clean showers and room, comfy beds & pillows. More information needed on check in re facilities available in the hotel as no information booklet in rooms. Also times the Resturant's and bars open As after a long day , we went down to have an evening meal on Friday, to find restaurant closed.

This has to be the worst Hilton I’ve ever been to. When I checked in, the guy on the desk was on the phone. He continued on the phone for about 5 minutes before starting my check in and still on the phone. No smile, no welcome. No nothing. Didn’t even tell me that I’ll need to tap the card in order to use the lift. I know it’s kind of common these days but still would be good to be reminded. I went to one of their buffet restaurants one evening it cost 600 lira which was ok but the food was poorly served and not many options and no drinks at all apart from tap water. One day it was raining, asked reception for an umbrella but she said they don’t have any at all. No umbrella from Hilton’s. Unbelievable, to be precise it was Double tree by Hilton. it was supposed to be a 5-star hotel. And they closed one of the lifts in the afternoon to god knows what time to save the electricity I suppose. Never seen that in a hotel no matter what star ranting they are. Room was nice but dated, cleaners are nice and the WiFi is good. That’s about the only things I’ll say about the hotel. Will visit Antalya again but not this hotel. Disappointed very much.

This Place is a standard 4-star hotel rather than a 5-star hotel as advertised. The room is generally comfortable but some facilities are too old, for example, the switches are making frequent noise.

Really nice hotel. Clean rooms excellent service. The valet guys helped us a lot when we had questions on where to go. They were all amazing thank you guys.

I recommend this hotel, staff services was great. Hotel is very clean rooms are as mentioned in their ad. Breakfast covers many items. Complete as you desire. Staffs in the restaurant are polite and friendly. We loved it and stayed 6 days. Highly recommend.

Turkish bath. Didn't like no heated pool or jacuzzi

Modern hotel with A/C (at top of our priority list in middle of summer!), reliable facilities, and friendly staff. The spa was lovely, the gym had up-to-date equipment, and the breakfast was amazing. The dinner buffet wasn't always available, but the rooftop restaurant had excellent food.

very safe for families and good location.

The only thing negative is that the fridge and aircondition turn off when you leave the room. The room can get cold very quickly but all the drinks in the fridge get warm.

I’d avoid staying here. The breakfast situation is absolutely disgusting! I saw Arab guests using their hands to serve food. I was disgusted. Fire alarm when off in the middle of the night too. It’s just a dodgy hotel and it attracts a certain crowd.

Pleasant stay, nice location, the only negative point is that the staff did not tell us about the shuttle to Konyalti until the last day, we have took taxi every day back and fourth. It would have been nice if they told us about the service. Nice pool, sauna, hamam they have.

Lovely clean room and very comfortable bed. However the evening meal was mediocre and there was no english tv. Great breakfast but on check out we informed them that we not happy about the tv and the guy checking us out just wasnt interested and stated "im just here making a living"!!

Do not hesitate to stay in this property. You can walk tot he old town and many restaurants around the hotel. If you wish to be at the beach everyday, stay elsewhere.

Majority of the staff are very helpful. Rooftop pool was great for kids but indoor pool was freezing considering it was 35-40 degrees outside. This hotel is a brisk 15 mins walk from the main Mall, & a brisk 35 minutes from the top of the old town. The harbour maybe an hours walk away. Food was average on the menu. Slightly difference from the 1 million kebab/Doner eatery’s! My only bug bear would be the cold indoor pool. There’s no need for it to be that cold Breakfast had a good variety! Bus stop next to Sok supermarket near hotel also takes you to many routes!

Rooms are amazing. Breakfast (included) was full of choices of different food and dinner at rooftop Gao club was good value. Joined Turkish bath and massage and was done professionally. Car park is free and offer plenty of spaces. Only WiFi was slow in the room.

Hotel is new and just 1 km from old city kaleichi . Breakfast is fantastic. Great hotel . Very well maintained.

Exelent hotel

The hotel was modern, clean and with free vallet parking. The breakfast was excellent and start at 6:30. The location was good. The reception personelle were friendly and helpful. The room was big and with modern furniture. It has air conditioning.The bathroom was good size and has modern look. I liked everything about the hotel. Although the hotel was very close to busy streets but it was very quiet inside the rooms. It was excellently soundproof. I want also to add that there was black out curtains. curtains

Great property. Was there for a single night since we arrived late and wanted to tour the south the fay after; so needed somewhere to rest with the family. Excellent place- welcoming and clean. everything you need for great value within 100$. very comfortable bed, nice decorations, dark room and quiet, cold ac. very good breakfast. very welcoming staff.

The staff were genuinely nice and very helpful, one of the staff Cencin was more than helpful and went above and beyond. It was such a pleasant experience that l will definitely come back again
