The property is located in a prime place, easy to walk to all touristics areas, the staff is great. However, facilities are not the best, the pool area is not atractive to visit, the finishes in the rooms are a little behind expectations ( inside closets). But the bed is super comfortable.

My experience was beyond met while staying at Leones De Alba! The breakfast, customer service and location was perfect. We definitely will be back.

I felt extremely safe and the location was the best you can literally get to some of the best restaurants and attractions within 5 mins walking! Our room was cleaned everyday and my food heated every night at 3 am after a late night morning I will miss this place but I will be back.

Small boutique hotel in the old city. I stayed in a standard room on the first floor which had a awkward layout and only limited natural sunlight which came from the shared patio area. I would not recommend that room but the hotel was beautifully decorated and the staff was excellent

You can walk most places especially to the castle. Food is literally on every block, streets are extremely clean, a lot of history around the area. The hotel is very secure A special mention must be made of the hotel's accommodation on a late checkout at 6pm due to the delay flight. This gesture added immense comfort to my last day, allowing me to relax without the usual rush. I appreciated all the little things , and the unwavering commitment of the staff that truly set this place apart. The pictures that are provided by the hotel are exactly how the property looks. Beautiful intimate hotel, very quiet. The staffs are super nice and helpful. Juan one of the receptionist went above and beyond for us. He makes reservations for our dinners and party bus. Bailey the server was awesome and friendly. Breakfast was amazing. Ideal location, in walking distance of everything. Will definitely recommend

Beautiful and quiet little hidden boutique hotel in Cartagena that is central but also away from the evening mayhem so it is not crazy loud in the evenings. Great and friendly staff and the morning breakfast was exceptional!

What I liked the most about Leones de Alba Hotel was the balcony overlooking a beautiful corner in the old town. Relaxing to sit and overlook the happy crowds passing by. The breakfast room/ meeting room is a great place to relax also with access to the balcony. Great location also being 5 minutes walk for the amazing sunsets over the ocean. The roof top pool is warm with great views of the entire city.
