What a wonderful place to stay. It is in the center of everything you want to see. I love that it is walkable. The staff and room were superb. We also enjoyed the breakfast and VIP perks. Highly recommend this hotel.

The nicest. most helpful staff you will meet at an upscale boutique hotel! They made the check-in and our stay as comfortable as possible. They also had adorable toiletries for our baby as well! Highly recommend :)

Location was one thing but the hotel in general had a feeling of a 5 star no doubt. Staff were also 5 star, very friendly and helpful. Will love to visit the hotels from other cities :)

Excellent location, staff exceptionally helpful and made superb recommendations for food and day trips. Nothing was too much trouble, bar staff made whatever cocktail we wanted, restaurant staff very attentive and food was exquisitely presented and tasted amazing. We had a top floor room and the view was stunning worth the extra price. All in all a flawless 4 day break. Thank you

This is a beautiful hotel in the historic part of Porto. The room was a little small, but everything else is great, including the breakfast!

This is a beautiful, pristine hotel! It is centrally located on an iconic and historic street of Porto. Excellent shopping and dining options are available close by as well as great transportation.

The hotel is fantastic, I love the convenience and is close to shopping and food options. I will come back for sure. The staff are very friendly, welcoming and helpful.

Lovely hotel in a very nice area of Porto

Beautifully restored manor house. Bedroom with set of steps inside was a bit off-putting for the price, but a classic property nonetheless.

Front desk, concierge, housekeeping were amazing. Location could not be better. Room was clean and very comfortable. Was very quiet at night.

We stayed in the palace portion of the hotel and it was lovely. Perfect location and amazing facilities. Would definitely like to stay here again.

This unusual in the middle of Porto. So convenient to walk around either to river or to other areas. We loved the staff, they were so friendly. Always provided suggestions. Immaculate clean and plenty of space in room. The dinner at the restaurant was also delicious The hotel is a must stay!!

Pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Everything was just right. Room was spacious and well appointed , service was good and friendly, location was excellent , though we were not advised the hotel was on a pedestrian street and we had to lug our bags a block or so. Other than that, no complaints. Good was good and fairly priced.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of the city. Excellent location with all major attractions within comfortable walking distance including excellent restaurants. The hotel is about 20 minutes by car from the airport and as it is on a pedestrianised street, only Registered Taxis have access to the entrance of the hotel. Our room on the seventh floor (713) was smaller than what we are used to with a small window without a view but is overlooked from a window of a tall building in the adjoining street. Hence, we had to keep the curtains drawn all the time cutting out day light. Rooms with the courtyard view would probably be better. The staff are ALL very friendly and helpful, both in the Restaurant, Bistro Bar and the Reception. We would like to give special mention to Barbara, Vladimir and Fabio at reception for their help and guidance in finding our way around the city.

It was quiet luxury with very attentive staff.

The hotel is a perfect mix of ancient and modern and a fantastic restoration of a derelict building.
