We stayed at Luis Hotel with my wife, the staff gave us a warm welcome and even went the extra mile when i needed some help fixing issues with my car, the rooms were clean and the breakfast was good, the location is amazing if you travel with your personal vehicle, would stay there again

The staff at this hotel are very welcoming, they look after me and provide a good quality customer service. I have stayed at this hotel before. The rooms are lovely and clean and the breakfast is very good.

Better then the most 5 star hotels. Very friendly staff, clean fresh rooms. Perfect breakfast, all fresh. Loved the waffle :) 10+

Great little hotel Close to the airport super convenient.

Lovely clean tidy rooms and nice food but the restaurant was too cold.

Nice hotel, comfortable, clean and spacious. Good breakfast. A convenient 10 minute drive to the airport.

This is a modern, jewel of a hotel with a great location if you are departing Izmir airport early in the AM. We got a fantastic price and we’re very pleased with our stay. There is a restaurant on premises. Brand new, perfectly appointed, super clean room with a top notch bathroom and shower (which is very important for my wife). I hesitate to mention any downside, but to be real . . . Izmir is NOT a tourist hotspot, so catering to English speakers shouldn’t be expected. Our receptionist tried really hard and I respect his effort, but for honest feedback he should not have charged the extra 100 TL ($25 CAD) which we paid without argument, for a double occupancy. Staff in a more tourist savvy location would have waived the fee. That is the end of negative comments.
