Could not check, it’s a cash only hotel, even though I had already paid through the App.

Run don’t walk away. If you are looking for cheap this is the place for you. They have a display case at the front full of condoms and lubricant. That explains what kind of hotel this is.

I like to security and there is always someone in the office. The room says air conditioning but there was only a fan. No heater. Water was only warm and low pressure. Last visit was much better

Good stay for price, location was hard to get to because of the traffic impedance. Also noisy because of the traffic. Overall the poperty was nice, but could use a little updating.

I usually stay in the suites at this location. They are larger and generally nicer than the other rooms. But this time the paint on one of the walls was peeling and the shower was not so good (needs a new shower head). Othetwise another good stay.

Price was right

This is my new favorite place to stay oin ensenada. The price is fair, the suites are good and clean. The location is good for me.

I've stayed at this hotel before and i like its location. The suites are my favorite and the price is good. The only thing i did'nt like was that I had to pay for the stay at the time of arrival and it was cash only. I had been prepared to pay with card, but that was not an option.

The process

Our AC unit broke after the first night, it wasn’t too hot so we just decided to sleep with the windows open, also the smoke detector battery was low so the second night it kept us up since it kept on beeping, the light fixtures in the room weren’t all working and only one electrical outlet was working The mattress and pillows were super uncomfortable, our room smell and we had a blanket with a cigarette burn, overall we will never stay in this hotel again.

The hotel was 7/10 when we did check-in to pay the room we where not aware of them not taking any debit cards everything has to be paid with cash luckily we had cash in us. Second of all when we walked inside the room they didn’t I had towels so I had to go down to ask one of the cleaning lady it didn’t come until like an hour later. We got a Junior suite and I like how it did not have a phone to car reception I always had a call through my phone which I found this so annoying. The next day they clean my room and once again we were missing the towels so I call reception through my phone again literally a half past thirty minutes and I still have not got my towel so I had to go downstairs tell the cleaning lady about my towel. Just not a very organized hotel but it’s decent to stay at.

I reserved 4 rooms and when i got there they only had 3 they gave the other one away to someone else. Plus my room didnt have any towels and the other room didnt have air conditioning

We like that we can park directly in front of your room within a few feet. Room in the back and very quiet, rooms in the front are very noisy due to street traffic.

I like "Rey" in the reception

The lady in the receptionist was very rude and kept rolling her eyes at me when I was speaking to her. Our check in was at 1pm and I arrived 5 minutes before our check in and the receptionist told me that my room wouldn’t be ready until 3pm. I had a 15 at 4pm I wouldn’t make it in one hour to get ready. She said it wasn’t her fault that the room wasn’t ready on time. There’s a sign where it says that at 12pm is their checkout time. I was traveling from far away to get to the hotel and for them to tell me this is unacceptable. They should’ve let me known ahead of time. At the end, they ending up giving me the room at 2pm after I spoke to the supervisor. This place has bad customer service.

This hotel is disgusting

Estaba muy limpio, solo que el colchón de la cama estaba muy duro. Y no tenían toallas en el baño, ni siquiera para secarse las manos.

Bathroom counter chipped, AC didn’t work. It’s as if the room hasn’t been deep cleaned in many uses, especially the bathroom. Noise level excessive especially with the main road right outside “Reforma” and the fumes from the passing cars…a lot and very strong in the room. Closing the windows helped but then it got too hot in the room with no AC.

They had awful customer service.

None of the rooms have a mini fridge or a microwave. It is a pretty much NOT family oriented motel. First thing they ask you when you arrive is do you need it by the hour or all night?? So that tells you alot about this motel!! Not air-conditioned either. We reserved for a king size bed and they gave us a queen and would not accommodate us. When it was time to pay they charged us $20. More than originally priced. Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!!

The staff good and good service they have good coffee all day

Este hotel no tenía agua para bañarse (muy poquita) el AC no servia, abentaba agua y hasta hielo. Mucho ruido de música fuerte, de gente y niños llorando o gritando.

There are no ice machines on site, it is freaking loud, guests with open doors playing loud music, there were no towels in the room and only received two small towels upon request. I found a bed bug & a thick curly dark hair inside the complementary plastic cups. The fitted sheet had dried BLOOD stains and a dried YELLOW stain. I killed three (3) BED BUGS in the bed. This place is terrible, I checked out immediately. I CANNOT BELIEVE HOTELS.COM ALLOWS THESE TYPE OF DUMPS ON THEIR PREFER LIST. TERRIBLE!

Expedia, the directions that you provide from your site to this hotel are wrong. I clicked on the link for "directions" and it pulled up a hotel azteca inn near the otay garita. It turns out this hotel was actually all the way in Ensenada. I sent the hotel a message through your site on 6/18 asking them for directions to the hotel but they never responded. I sent another message late on 6/23, after spending about 600 pesos in ubers driving around trying to find this place until I gave up and ended up checking in to a cheap motel. They finally responded with the correct address but by then it was too late. I never stayed at this hotel because of your incorrect directions. And I am very disappointed with Expedia. I don't think I'll ever use your site again.
