Nice and clean hotel in good neighborhood; excellent breakfast with lots of choices on beautiful rooftop terrace. Our room was with view of Pantheon which looked beautiful in the night.

Great place to stay when visiting Athens taxi to the city center is about 7euro

Enjoyed the delicious buffet breakfast at the rooftop with the fabulous view.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bell hop greeted me by name once we had introduced ourselves. The Roof Top restaurant was under restoration and unavailable.

I really like the breakfast provided but I think they could do more by adding lunch and dinner too

The room is spacious,so is the bathroom. Very good breakfast is served in the 8th floor with a wonderful view. The people at reception are helpful and kind. The location is fine close to buses and metro. Bakeries all around and some restaurants very close.

The hotel is on a busy avenue but in the room you don't hear the noise. Close to public transport and some restaurants and a lot of bakeries. The room is spacious. The bathroom big. Breakfast has everything and is served on the roof covered terrace with a fantastic view. Also the young lady working there takes care of everything. Reception people very kind and helpful:Stavros,Iannis, Savva and Iorgos.

Advertised with a bar and restaurant, but neither existed apart from at Breakfast. When I asked at reception I was just told "No restaurant - no bar!" When I pointed out that this is allegedly a 4* hotel with bar and restaurant, the man behind reception just shrugged and repeated himself!

The staff did try to be accomodating and most of them were friendly. There laundry service was very poor. Also their television options were very limited especially when came to variety of english channels to watch. There were only 3 channels vs 33.

Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast, lovely view from breakfast room and some rooms. Clean, decent hotel. Fairly Walkable to centre/sights. Otherwise a taxi is inexpensive at <10 euros.

The view!! amazing

The service was exceptional, and the bed&pillows were incredibly confortable. The view from my room was great, as was the view from the rooftop cafe. Loved my visit there! Would definitely stay here again.

Great property near the port. Staff was friendly and immediately helped with luggage and calling us a cab daily. Spoke English no issues! Free breakfast on top floor. We left too early to enjoy the mea on both days. The view was amazing and looked like a full breakfast bar with hot and cold food that was being prepared.

Tidy and clean. Safe and quiet. Communications were clear and friendly. The water pressure mentioned by other users not really impacting our stay. Understand it is an area issue, so acceptable but has room to improve. Enjoy my stay, recommend.

I expected a place with all the comforts of a four-star hotel. The room was big with a view on the Parthenon, but some aspects were quite disappointing. This hotel faces a very bust avenue, and the noise of the traffic was clearly audible during the night, even with all the windows closed. The courtains were dirty in several points, and I had to put hooks in the rails each time I tried to close them. In the bathroom, the toilet roll holder was broken, and the towel holder fell to the ground several times.There was nothing in the fridge, even a bottle of water. A point in favour only to the breakfast.

Staff were amazing! View of Acropolis in the distance was nice. Walk from the metro station Syngrou Fix was about 13 minutes. Uber/taxi to Acropolis was about €3-5. 15 minutes from Piraeus Port. Room was ok but small. The shower had some mold in the corners. But overall, nice stay and decent location for everywhere we wanted to go.

The place was a dump. The room was dirty, the shower leaked all over the floor, the road noise was terrible, the elevator worked speratically and only holds 2 people, there was no coffee or water in the room, it smelled bad. Terrible all around

Comparing to the price it was ok. Room service should be asked for every morning at the reception. Breakfast was ok also. Location very convenient.

Air conditioning not working

Great location not too far from Monastaraki Square, La Plaka and the Acropolis. There is also a Covid testing site within walking distance. The hotel receptionists are excellent and are very helpful. The rooms are clean and ample and the hotel offers a continental breakfast. Highly recommend!

Το μεγάλο κεφάλαιο του ξενοδοχείου είναι το ευγενέστατο και εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό. Κατά τα άλλα το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται σε απόσταση 25 λεπτών με τα πόδια απο την περιοχή της Ακρόπολης πάνω σε ένα κεντρικότατο δρόμο (Συγγρού) ο οποίος έχει πολύ φασαρία. Η ηχομόνωση όμως του ξενοδοχείου μπορεί να θεωρηθεί επαρκής οπότε το πρόβλημα του θορύβου δεν είναι μεγάλο πρόβλημα ιδίως στους ψηλούς ορόφους. Η καθαριότητα είναι επαρκής ενώ υπάρχει και εξωτερικός χώρος parking για 3-4 αυτοκίνητα στο πεζοδρόμιο του ξενοδοχείου. Γενικά η διαμονή μας ήταν απροβλημάτιστη

Tastefull interior, bright rooms, friendly service. I was re-located FR"!"o"m the SMART to the GRAND Athenaeum due to low pre-booking, DVS also here it is important to get international travelling back to regular VOLUME keeping quality places open & expanding! You"re located in walking distance to the Onassis Cultural Center and the national museum of contemporary art, close to a lively neighbourhood with some of the best tavernas in central Athens.
