Excellent location. Kotor old town 15 minutes walk. Property is modern and clean. Communication was good and host very friendly. Parking space was available to us. Only negative was the smell coming from toilet drain. There was plumbing issues but smell was constant. I don't know if this was a property issue or a locality issue. If we didn't have this issue, I would have rated the property 5*. Can not blame the host as we did not raise the issue with her as we didn't have time.

The host Tatiana was very friendly and really keen to help. She messaged me before I came to stay at her location and gave me some really good advice before I landed. Property is really clean and nicely decorated. It feels very safe and the bed was really really comfortable the area was very peaceful but not very noisy which means you can get a good nights sleep. There are two little shopping markets close to the property with some you know basics and also a short walk there is a supermarket and a small shopping centre where you can you grab bits and pieces grab some food grab some lunch also down the hill there is the small kind of marina and also close to the property is Kotor Beach. I was a solo traveller and the only thing I felt was missing was having a small cafe closer to the property as for a solo traveller it was sometimes quite challenging to walk and get food especially because you were tired due to the heat wave and also having gone on various excursions. Anyone travelling to Kotor I would recommend a car/bike hire this way more areas will be accessible. I would definitely recommend this apartment hotel for all. It would definitely appeal more the families and couples.

This is a great apartment near Risan. Very nice and modern, spotless with all the essentials. The host communicated super well, thank you so much!! She accommodated my very late arrival which I am eternally grateful for. Even waited for me to make sure I found it ok.

Loved our stay there. We stayed for 5 nights and enjoyed every bits of it. 5-7 mins walk down to Bay Area/ Beach and 15 mins walk to Old town. Grocery and markets nearby.

The hostess is super helpful and kind. The room was very clean and the hotel is on a little hill side with view of the mountains or the bay depending on your room.
Everything is walkable from the hotel or you can get a taxi for like 3/4 euro to the main town.

Property was excellent. Great location from the Old Town with great views over the bay. Host was amazing, responded within mins of contacting her and she even lent us beach towels! Highly recommend staying here, we will be back!

Great little short cut down to the waterfront and there is a playground right there next to some cafes so children could play. Room was clean and comfortable.

Amazing apartment and amazing host Tatiana very helpful just one thing the host knows about it is the design of the shower not good but it did not reuin our staying the cleanliness of casa nuova is 10/10.

First of all I would like to thank Tatjana for her sincerity, kind and hospitality. The apartment was perfect. In the room was good,bed,sofa,internet ( I measured 180 Mbit/s) TV and refrigerator.

Owner was sooooo nice! Gave us great recommendations. Very clean and spacious. 5 min walk to water/restaurants. Perfect for the 3 of us. Location is 17 minute walk to old town or a 2 euro taxi. Highly recommend for your stay in Kotor!

Property is very nice, new and very close to kotor old city, you can get your needs very easily. If you have car, it has private parking area.

The rooms were spacious and full of amenities. The location was great and not noisy at all. The hotel is run by the owners of the property. They are very kind and helpful.

The accommodation is very clean. The kitchen is well equipped, the bathroom is small but functional. Tatjana is a great hostess. She answers our questions promptly and makes sure that we are enjoying our stay. The location is not too far from the old town. I would definitely recommend this place!

Owner very friendly. Location was ok, 5 min walk to water edge, 20 min walk to town. Apartment was in a residential street with other high apartment blocks. Parking. Nice modern clean apartment with good kitchen and bathroom area. Sunloungers and outdoor table and chairs on lower floor. CCTV and good that the owner lives on top floor and is always available.
