Wonderful, charming and welcoming place just a block or two from campus. Beautiful neighborhood. Hosts have gone above and beyond with true hospitality and have thought of everything to make us as comfortable and relaxed as possible.

I booked this for my parents' wedding anniversary, and they came back talking about how wonderful this place was. My mother is very picky and she had nothing negative to say. The owners are nice, the food is amazing and, the location is close to downtown Carlisle.

We really enjoyed our short stay at the Mooreland Garden Inn and wish we could have stayed longer. Dawn and Bruce made us feel very welcome, and really put thought into every detail of the stay, from the delicious breakfast they served to the toiletries int e room, and access to beverages in the guest kitchen/pantry area. I recommend staying here over any hotel in Carlisle!

Beautiful property, and the innkeeper was wonderful. Excellent service, gourmet breakfast, and we would gladly stay here again if in the area.

Terrific hosts who love taking care of guests and anticipating every preference. Gracious home full of flowers from the garden with a cozy front porch. Beautiful room with good bed and updated bathroom with lovely artisanal toiletries. Superior snacks and breakfast menu choices made to order for each guest. Wish we could stay longer!

Super Friendly owners, beautiful accommodations and awesome made to order breakfast. Extras included: 24 hr coffee, tea, snacks, wine, beer and take home granola. Within walking distance to the main restaurant and shopping areas. Located in a quiet ,upscale neighborhood by Dickinson college. We would not hesitate to go back , actually already planning it, and fully recommend to others!

Our entire stay was magnificent. We were in town for a wedding nearby and decided to stay at the Mooreland Garden Inn rather than a larger chain hotel because of their thoughtful Covid-19 policies which made us feel safe and like the owners and operators were being clean, respectful, careful (which they were!). Our entire visit was spectacular - which is saying a lot due to the current circumstances with Covid. The home is beautiful and well appointed (though since this is a new B&B some areas are still being renovated, this had absolutely zero affect on our stay - we hardly noticed. By the time you stay it has probably gotten even better). This is like the B&B version of an all-inclusive resort. The owners and operators were warm, kind, and so sweet and thoughtful. The Lenore room was the perfect size for a couple staying for two nights. All that said, the highlight here is really the food. Honestly, this is some of the best breakfast I have ever eaten in my life. All the dishes were cooked and presented with such care and were absolutely delicious. Plus so many incredible baked goods (scones, muffins, granola), wine, beer, sodas, snacks and delicious coffee (that you prepared yourself with lysol wipes on hand). How is it possible that even keurig coffee tastes better at Mooreland? There must be something in the water. My partner and I had a lovely time - we only wish we could have stayed longer. If you have the chance to stay here do not hesitate - book right away!

This B&B I had lovely well taken grounds and the B&B itself is an old home that has been tastefully updated, but has not lost it’s integrity of age and beauty of it’s era. The rooms are comfortable, clean and cozy. I love this place and the hospitality offered through it’s very gracious, generous, kind and sweet owners

A lovely inn! Thank you for the comfortable room, all the amenities, and the delightful breakfast! Perfect location near Dickinson College. We will be back!
