The hotel is within walking distance from the airport but quiet. Pros: The breakfast with a full range of food is very tasty. Parking is straightforward: a flat rate for the entire day, regardless of how often you enter and exit. The staff is fantastic and helpful. Location: right in the middle of everything. We bought snacks from C-Mart, 5 minutes' driving distance. Cons: Laundry. Otherwise, we were very pleased with our stay, and we definitely recommend it for families.

My stay was very comfortable..rooms were cleaned daily..fresh towels..hotel arranged transportation to and from places. Staff were friendly.made recommendations. Called taxi..gave lots of information. I loved the pool area. 2 mins walk from the hotel..ease to get there on bus. 15 mins away from main areas.. but overall, i loved it

We were here for an overnight stay before our flight out. This was excellent option. On the airport property, very quiet and excellent breakfast. The only negative is a lack of signage.

It's closer to the airport.There are some restaurents nearby walkable distance. If you plan a head there are free shuttle for the beaches i rented a car i dont have problem to commute.Pretty safe.

The hotel was nice and overall quiet. But very far from everything and has no laundry facility so it is very inconvenient for visitors.

We had an amazing time at Hyatt Plaza Hotel and the beach. The food was great too. It was an easy walk to and from the airport.

Perfectly located near aiport. 3 minute walk. Shuttles are complimentary, but you have to contact them a day prior or at check-in. Please note that they only provide this service from 10 am to 3 pm. So, if you schedule any early massages or tours or sunset cruises, the shuttle service won't be able to accommodate you. The next option would be to take a taxi. It's $20 to downtown and $31 to Palm Beach. Continental breakfast is pretty good. It's offered from 6 am to 9 am Monday thru Friday. And 6 am to 10:30 am on weekends. My room , hallways, and near grounds are updated and clean. My check-in experience was wonderful. However, my check out time wasn't much. Due to a hurricane arriving in the US, my flight was delayed, so i asked for a late check out. While one clerk was willing to assist us, Clerk ABIGAIL was rude and hostile.(jumped in the conversation) Regardless of any circumstances, if her tone of voice was more softer and kinder, I could have disregarded the inconvenience. But I felt like she was authoritarian and violent with a sharp tone of voice. Therefore, it was not acceptable. Due to her poor treatment, I rated this one star less. Good to note, front desk manager Winsy was helpful after the fact. Time will tell if training redirection will take place. Other than that, it is a great hotel.

Hotel staff was amazing!

Let me start by saying this hotel is really far from everything, you have to take a taxi or take the bus, taxi $20-$25 EACH way, the bus is cheaper, but the hotel is very clean and the staff was Great most of them was EXCEPTIONAL, Candida, Mohammed and Ed were always pleasant willing and ready to help; on the downside the breakfast was not the best, I was surprised at what was served for breakfast; breakfast could be better.

Amazing place to stay!

Abigail at reception was a God send in helping us when our flights were cancelled and I booked Expedia accidentally putting in the wrong date. She worked with Expedia and made the whole experience less traumatic during a difficult time. The staff were incredibly friendly our whole stay. It’s the perfect place to stay while dealing with your airline each day.

Embassy Suites Aruba is a must stay. The place was super clean, great staff and the pool and dining were superb. The rooms ocean view was impressive. A must stay!

The ONLY issue I had was the towels being dirty both in the room & the pool towels. Other than that the staff was amazing and the hotel was convenient next to the airport. The food was pretty good as well we ordered nachos and wings and I will give them a 8/10. Abigail & forgive me if I’m off I believe Claudia was AMAZING, Welcoming and super helpful!!

Staff was wonderful. Rooms are very large, clean, and spacious. Continental breakfast has a large variety of items and is hands down the best I’ve had. Disappointing that the pool was unavailable after our second day. When I was in it you could tell that the lining was loose and it eventually pulled away and required maintenance which made it unavailable. The validating of tickets for the parking garage also needs to be changed. Tickets in and out, must be validated every time (we sometimes had to do it four times a day). The parking garage also had maintenance which required us to have to park on several different levels repeatedly which wasn’t awful except that we were not directed as to how to te-enter the hotel from the different levels which was a bit of an inconvenience climbing stairs and getting lost on other floors. Overall, I would recommend this hotel as it is lovely and right next to the airport. Definitely rent a car for your trip.

Get bike or van and charger cheap…. There is no attraction by this the bar and beach is far…
