This is a beautiful property, friendly reception, clean rooms, prompt service, convenient location near the old town. Parking available. Breakfast is excellent!

Nice modern hotel, area around hotel not so developed at the moment

Very nice hotel. Clean spacious rooms. Friendly staff. Only downside was a slight smell of sewage from the bathroom (in fairness it seemed to be affecting the area rather than hotel specifically), also single beds were quite small.

Close to the bus stop and train station.

A bit far from cuty centre but the hotel condition is nice.

Hotel itself is very good, but the location is quite far from downtown. No subway station is available near by, but it is just aside of river and good jogging track along the river. Comfortable Calm surrounding It was nice.

This hotel stands out for its exceptional cleanliness, and it excels in efficient ventilation throughout the premises, even in the elevators. The rooms are comfortably air-conditioned and well-insulated against noise. One potential enhancement I'd suggest is providing more single-piece beds instead of the majority being two singles joined together, as it can be uncomfortable for sleeping. Additionally, I recommend that the housekeeping staff replenish liquid soaps and supply more coffee cartridges and sugar on a daily basis, as the current quantities left in the rooms tend to be insufficient.

Every time we go to Frankfurt, book this hotel ,So calm and tranquil,the staff was so friendly and the breakfast was perfect.

Spent 3 nights at The Leonardo recently and I must say everything about the hotel exceeded my expectations, in particular the genuinely warm welcome from staff in particular Sheriff. I would highly recommend this hotel if visiting Offenbach

Booked double bed and given 2x single bed together with individual blankets. Not great when travel as couple. And rude and disrespectful receptionist.

Nice room and good price

Parking cost is high, 18 euro for an overnight. Last year i paid 10 euro. Further there was a bad smell in the room. Coming from the bathroom i believe. It was already midnight when i arrived and to tired to call the reception for it.

Very comfortable with enough options for breakfast. The beds are a bit to soft but further everything is top notch.

Good standard of hotel, 10 minute walk from S-Bahn station. Very spacious and comfortable room. Good breakfast, if lacking one or two things (such as a toaster).

We decided to stay there because the room was larger than other hotels.

We stayed one night for an event, it was clean and close enough to public transportation.

AC didn’t work properly; doors were broken and smelly room.

It was a great hotel and the room was very nice and had a lot of space. When I come back to Frankfurt I would like to stay here again!

Lovely hotel with a nice breakfast. Rooms are nicely decorated, comfortable bed. Clean. Staff seemed nice too. Parking was on the expensive side. Overall a lovely hotel.
