I read the review and said some negative things… I don’t know this place was so clean and new so much I absolutely will stay here again and look for others !

Room was ver clean and the suite set up was great with separate den and bedroom. We liked it a lot!

They had roaches!!

Excellent service - clean- comfortable and reasonable cost with amenities

Tabitha who is the manager called me and was rude and condescending when I told her it was fraudulent not to reimburse me with hotel credit or refund due to car issues and being contagious due to a urinary tract infection treated by Baylor Scott Urgent Care in Frisco and Memorial Hospital ER in Las Cruces. Tabitha called and personally harassed me.

Property was convenient for visiting the UNT campus.

Room smelled of urine. One couch cushion on the pull out sofa had what appeared to be blood or fecal matter. Room never cooled off Breakfast was good, staff very friendly. Location was great.

Good staff

The hotel is in a great location. Every thing you could possibly want or need is within a mile. Shopping, food, car wash, post office, urgent care, it’s all there. There’s even a bowling alley next door. Our problem came in the form of roaches in the kitchen. I called the receptionist the morning we discovered them and she told me someone would be up as soon as housekeeping arrived. Never happened. I took a picture and we went out. They can in and changed the towels but never even moved the roaches. We called again that evening and someone brought up a can of spray. Never came into the room to look or say I’m sorry this is happening. I hate this happened because it’s really a nice hotel in a great location and this could have been a one time occurrence.

The staff was very friendly and checked on us throughout our stay to see if we needed anything.

A nice greeting from the front desk when we arrived, swift check-in, and easy onsite parking included. Unfortunately, there were German cockroaches in our bathroom and kitchen area, so we were a little paranoid about that the entire stay. The bedding was comfortable and clean. The bathroom was massive. There were some aspects of the room that needed repair (base boards missing, etc). Decent location, easy on-off to highway and quick access to downtown and loop 288 shops. Overall, a little pricey for what we experienced.

The staff was great in every interaction! This hotel was very clean and quiet - a great environment for rest and relaxation.

Great customer service, wonderful staff, ,extremely clean rooms. Excellent size kitchens in the room. Totally enjoyed our stay. Will come back.

Comfortable with full kitchen

I am very frustrated. When we got the the Hotel, I informed them we have 2 small dogs. I knew there would be an additional charge, but not sure how much. The place we stayed prior was $20 extra. The person at the front desk said there is a $20 pet incidental fee and I said ok. We continued to check in no problem. Got the keys and went to unload. We were walking out and the front desk person stated he forgot to have me sign some papers. No big deal. One of them was the pet policy. He pointed me where to sign and that was that. I didn’t think anything because he had already told me the charge was an extra $20. At checkout I received a receipt for the additional pet charge and again didn’t look at it or think anything about it because the guy told me $20. About 2 hours down the road I pulled the receipt out and they charged me $125 plus tax for the pet fee! WHAT?!? That was more than what I paid for the room itself. I immediately called the hotel and they argued with me and stated I signed the pet policy. I tried to explain to her that the charge I was verbally told was $20 for the pet fee. She wouldn’t listen to me. Just said I would have to talk to a manager and took my number. Still haven’t heard from them…5 hours later. Very Disappointed with how this transpired. I feel they owe me a refund since the communication was not clear and they told me $20. Which btw, the lady that I called said the $20 was for incidentals! WHAT?! ON TOP OF THE $125!

The location was good for what we were needing, a quick shopping trip. When you enter the lobby there is a broken down sofa with a sheet over it to look like a cover. Not a good first impression. When we checked in the front desk woman couldn’t be bothered long enough from her dinner to help us and we had to wait for her to complete. We had a late check in of almost 9pm so it was not any where near a traditional dinner time. She acted annoyed the entire time and only spoke to ask “You got a dog with you?” Which we did not. When we got to the elevator there was old wet towels that had been there a while. The room was okay, the small sofa had stains on it but the bed and shower/bathroom looked clean. In all honesty we will not recommend this place because of our experience. There are just to many other options for the same price range in the area.

Came for a solo trip. This is an ideal location if you want to be close to everything. Quiet, comfortable and smelled good. I will definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay when traveling. Love the kitchenette and sofa. So homey! Breakfast is also great. Very clean. Great value!

This hotel worked but was nothing outstanding. Walls were very thin - a lot of hallway noise and we could clearly hear conversations going on the room next to us, which made it difficult to sleep. The initial staff member who checked us in was not dressed professionally and was not very personable, however every other staff member we dealt with afterwards, was very friendly. Breakfast was enjoyable and the dining area was kept clean. Bedroom was decent and spacious, not the most cleanly room but not too bad. The bed was comfortable, but some usb plugs were broken. All in all, it was a functional place to sleep but I wouldn’t be enthusiastic about recommending it.

Tameki, she helped us a lot she worked front desk and the other staff did also and the housekeeping staff made sure we got everything we needed for the room

Quiet and clpse to shopping and entertainment. Front desk staff were exvellent!

A nice getaway for me

The room was clean, the bed was soft, they have liquid dove soap and shampoo. Staff was nice. Didn’t try the breakfast so I can’t say anything about that. This property is definitely one of the better options in Denton.

The staff at this hotel are extremely rude!!! We stayed here last year and it was even worse. We do not intend on ever staying here again.

Sometime during the night the thermostat went to 77 degrees and this morning it test to 85 and the hallways were 76 degrees it was very warm. Killed a roach in the bathroom.

Everything was great, the morning lady at the front desk wasn’t the nicest but outside of that, it was great!
