Do not stay here, this should not be on hotels . com. Lots of drugs. Lots of human creatures creeping around at night. My door was constantly being knocked on throughout the night. Any hour in the night I could see half a dozen people through the drilled out peephole. Shouting from a lady between 1:30 a.m. to 3 a.m. rarely is someone working the front desk. I am trying to get a refund because I booked for two days. Good hotel if you are a homeless drug addict.

Room was nasty never cleaned microwave didn't work.

The staff is really nice and helpful.

When I booked this room, I had no idea the hotel was undergoing renovations, and I wish it had been noted prior to booking. There was all kinds of noise outside my room that staying and sleeping was not possible. Pretty disappointed.

Broken boarded up windows, curtains ripped. No towels in bathroom. Filthy. Rude staff. Felt very unsafe. Only stayed one night then went elsewhere.

The pictures are not like the hotel. It seemed like most things were damaged or stolen. No phone, no fridge, no lamp shades, shower curtain rod was completely broken, desk was missing drawers, no cable or anything on the tv. Ect.... Went down to tell them about the cable and was told someone would come with one and no one showed up. Went down later for toilet paper and towels waiting and walking around for 20 minutes i gave up. Watch out for the mattresses too. The springs are sticking out and one scratched my daughter. We slept and woke up and left, we did not want to stay any longer. 0/5

Yes I arrived and I was told to view two separate rooms both terribly dirty no clean blankets or pillows and wasn’t able to receive any refund ?

I had a reservation but when I arrived to check in they told me they’ve booked all the rooms. We took a walk to see if one room was possibly available but it was dirty so it wasn’t available. During the walk I almost threw up from how bad it smelled. There were big trash bins full of garbage to the point it spilled everywhere on the floor. This place looked like a homeless shelter.

Probably the worst hotel I've ever stayed at for a number of reasons. Should have walked away when we walked in and there were "No Drugs Allowed" signs everywhere but I had already paid so we stayed the night. The place is infested with drug addicts. There was a lady literally smoking in the hallway. It's dirty, there was a mini fridge on top of a broken mini fridge, curtains had burn holes, the door didn't lock properly, there was 1 "full" size towel in the room and when my wife asked for more the lady at the front said "I don't think we have any, people take them and do all kinds of things with them and we don't get them back but I'll check" and then we never got another towel. Then the icing on the cake was being woke up at 7am to what sounded like gunshots but turned out to be a lady trying to beat down the door with a hammer next door to fight her baby daddy's new girlfriend. When she couldn't get in that way she went around back and threw 3 rocks, a brick, and the hammer at the sliding glass door. She was so drugged out she missed all of them. Then when I tried to call the office to report it they never even answered the phone. We booked 2 nights but we checked out after that. It smells like weed and dog pee. This place should be shut down and torn down. Unless you're a drug addict yourself you should probably stay as far away from this place as you can. Only positive takeaway was an absolutely ridiculous story to tell.

Don't let the pictures fool you, this place is absolutely disgusting. The room we were given looked and smelled like someone had been living in it without bathing or cleaning the room for MONTHS and it reeked of cigarette smoke.

Toilet had been peed on, no towels, washcloths or toilet paper. Working a security sensitive position I had to place my wife’s well being in front. Will be filing a complaint with the city of Wichita.

Didnt like that it said rooms are full when parking lot was empty. Stated i was to get a refund havent yet

I hate how rude the staff was and the room was super nasty. Dirty towells in the closet and no towells to shower with. And there is no security set up and constantly hearing yelling and screaming outside the room do not suggested !!!

This property is not safe to stay at there are drug deals happening in the hallways and the staircase. I'm pregnant and the beds have nasty blood stains. I am not safe here. My unborn child is not safe here. Physically and hygienic wise.

This was not a traveler's hotel it is a run-down hotel building being used for housing the misfits of the city. I was in total shock no one at the front desk and the picture used for making this place look like a up and running hotel are not true. Worse experience of my life. Beware this is a scam. Ive placed a stop payment through my bank.

This property should not be advertised as an hotel. Upon entry of the property there stood 4 other women at the desk. They didnt even greet me and the ambiance was very off as iff i walked into a mortuary or a funeral home. The actual hotel was just next door and it was boarded up. They asked me to check put the room before i decided. I never in my life have been asked to look at a room before purchase. Long story short ,this is a scam once you turn the hall you know you will never allow yourself to stay there. Its not safe and its extremely creepy. Expedia wont reund me or allow me to change the booking and thats just so wrong on so many levels. So i never stayed in the room and never was able to book another one and didnt get compensated for my inconvenience. I had to sleep in my vehicle that night. NEVER BOOK THIS HOTEL ITS A SCAM.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The signs for "no drugs on premises" "no visitors" should have been a warning. Upon check in the guy took my ID and wanted us to go "check the room", we didn't know what he would say if we didn't like the room. Never could get the key card to work at our door. Had no toilet seat in the bathroom and NO toilet paper. Things were falling apart, one of the faucets in the bathroom didnt work, the AC didnt work, and the place smelled hightly of smoke. We felt extremely unsafe the whole time, will NEVER stay here again.

You have to be 21 to stay here! They would not let me check in! Where are those who ain't 21 supposed to stay!

No phone in the room. TV didn't work. Had to walk a half mile to get to the room. Staff didn't seem to care.

I signed up for a non-smoking room. The room they gave me had cigarette burns all over the floor/matress/comforters. The room smelled like smoke. The door was broken and didn't work properly. The beds had white sheets that had "human" stains in multiple places. The stairway where they stored trash smelled hideous. Someone in the hallway asked if I was holding. This place is so bad and run down i cant even explain. The only thing that is half nice about this place is the entryway/lobby. Stay away from this place unless you are a drug addict. Then this place may be for you.
