Villa Varosh is very central in the old town of Ohrid with some rooms overlooking the lake. The rooms are clean, new with a high standard. The staff are wonderful and ready to help with any questions or requests. There is a nice dining area just off reception with free coffee and soup

We were greeted very nicely upon arrival.
Outstanding location….very clean and comfortable. Great hospitality with coffee, teas, soup etc. We loved the tea cookies too. Laundry service was very convenient.

Great little property with everything you need - location is perfect for walking to the restaurants or waterfront, snack and coffee offered in the communal kitchen, comfy bed, clean bathrooms - super cute that they personalize the room prior to your arrival, I had a little Canadian flag in the room for me when I checked in. Lovely spot - recommend and will be back :)

Villa Varosh is the rarest of places, where the actual place is so much better than the photos. I have nothing but praise for the hotel. I absolutely loved it! It's a family-run hotel and they couldn't have been nicer. They made me feel so welcome!
The room is very tasteful decorated and everything just works. I will definitely return on my next trip to Ohrid. I can't imagine any hotel in Ohrid will be better than this one.

from the top floor we had a fantastic view of the city and over the lake. The room was fantastically nicely furnished. It can hardly be better. A request could be access to sunbeds on the beautiful sun-drenched balcony.

The hotel is located in the Old Town about 2/3 down the hill. We chose to take advantage of their free parking just outside the city walls and walk down but it is a bit of a trek. We were greeted by friendly staff and then taken to our room, which was very comfortable, clean and well-appointed. It had a lovely balcony and a view of the hill with the fortress. There was also a common room with some amenities and a common patio. Overall the location was great, near sights and restaurants. It was a great place to stay.

The self check in instructions were clear and easy to use. Once inside, the lobby and dining area was very well presented and cosy. The rooms and all parts of the hotel were extremely clean and spotless in all areas. So glad we picked here to stay.

We had a very nice stay in the apartment. The owners were helpful and responded quickly to inquiries. The place is close to everything you need. Parking is 300 meters from the apartment and is a plus in this area. Recommend and would gladly come again

Villa Varosh is a beautiful well kept hotel. The room was well equipped with facilities to cook and extra bedding and towels in the cupboard. The owner was very friendly and helped us with our luggage as there is no lift. It is quiet but in the middle of the Old City with lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. Less than 5 minutes to the lake for a relaxing stroll. Highly recommend.

I booked this property for my parents and they were extremely satisfied with their stay. The property owner was very helpful and polite, she gave them her parking spot when they arrived. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, they had a great night sleep. The view was amazing! There were fresh fruits, coffee, tea, water and instant soups in the common area kitchen. My parents felt like home and they could't stop talking about how happy they felt during their 2 days stay at this property.

We were really happy with this property! It is situated centrally within the old town, from which you can walk to all the landmarks as well as the lake within only a few minutes. The rooms are clean and nicely decorated and the view from the balcony is beautiful. The staff is super helpful and very quick to help you with anything you may need. We were also pleasantly surprised about the little common area, where you can have coffee, fruit and little snacks.
We really recommend coming here!

Lovely little hotel in the heart of the old town. Very fresh and clean room in excellent standard with plenty of thoughtful details. The balcony gave us an excellent view of the lake as promised and the staff were friendly and helpful.

This place was absolutely amazing. Clean, comfortable bed, cool A/C, and in a great location. Best of all was how friendly the owner was!! I would highly recommend this to anyone visiting the area!! Best place we stayed in all of the Balkan area!!

P.S. the hotel has allocated parking spots just at the entrance of the old town, so you do not have to worry about parking while enjoying a stay inside the old town.

Villa Varosh is amazing. It exceeded our expectations both is appearance and customer service. The owners are helpful and kind. It is in the heart of old town. Once you step out the doors, you are steps away from restaurants, shops and the amazing culture. The room was spectacular with the views to match. We would definitely stay here again. It is a must stay place when visiting Ohrid.

The staff at Villa Varosh, especially the owner, Branislav , was outstanding. We had a number of questions both before and during our stay and he always responded quickly and helped us with everything. For example, he found a guide to take us on a hike in the National Park. But everything else he did was great too. The Villa itself was very nice with good rooms, comfortable beds, nice bathrooms, and everything was immaculate. There was a nice area to get coffee, tea, or soup and sit and relax. The view of the lake was gorgeous. I would highly recommend Villa Varosh for your stay in charming Ohrid.

I stayed at the penthouse for 2 nights, I would have loved to stay longer. The apartment was clean, there was a fully outfitted kitchen and the views of the lake and city were wonderful. The kitchen/reception area on the main floor offered drinks, biscuits and a few other items. Just a few steps from the premises are dining options, museums, the fortress and, of course, further down the street is Lake Ohrid and the lakeside boardwalk. This was an exceptional property in an exceptional location. Thanks very much!
