I was charged twice for my room and they said one of the charges would fall off. That maybe true but it tags my credit card account and limited my spending during my trip.

The rooms exceeded my expectations—exceptionally clean and equipped with very comfortable beds. Although I had to switch rooms at one point due to a malfunctioning A/C unit, the issue was promptly and efficiently resolved by the staff. My only minor complaint was a noticeable sewage smell on the first floor, which extended into the elevator area. While this didn’t affect the rooms, it did make dining downstairs somewhat unpleasant. This may have been related to ongoing repairs and hopefully is a temporary issue. Aside from that, everything else was excellent!

The hotel is a beautiful building. The facility and room was clean. The sad part is the smell when you walk in. Super bad in the elevator and horrible in the room. It smells like a really cheap cleaner. It was overwhelming. I would have gone to another hotel but got in late and just needed to sleep for a few hours. If it werent for that i would stay there again. I ended up canceling to other days i had booked due to the smell.

My stay was good. The staff was awesome and the room was clean. The breakfast was very good. Eggs, sausage, waffles etc. Plenty and fresh. Only thing was my room smelled stale. Not sure if it was just my room. Other than that it was good.

Hi! One of the towels had two stains. Room had humidity smell. The lady at the lobby could be more kind and greet for a good welcome.

The nighttime front desk lady was very short did not ask any friendly questions at all. She didn’t even look up once.

It was a short 2 day stay but La Quinta fulfilled the need for those 2 days. I liked the breakfast (Included).
I had to interact with 2 girls at the reception, one of them very kind and friendly, the other one not. No Names.
Room cleans up service was very good.

My room had two issues in the bathroom - constant commode dripping & faucet with almost no water pressure. The alarm was not turned off and went off at 5am. My personal alarm was set for 6:15am.

We came in late thinking Katy Mills would be a nice safe location and expected it to be our usual La Quinta experience. The first room we walked into smelled overwhelmingly of cat urine, they switched our room only for us to realize it was something with the air conditioning units and the second room didn’t smell as bad, but still reeked. The staff was very helpful, but the second room definitely wasn’t cleaned adequately and he apologized, but I’m not confident the sheets were clean. If it hadn’t been so late and we hadn’t already unloaded our small kids after 15hrs on the road, we’d have requested a refund and found another place.

The only thing I did not like about this hotel was the in door pool. It was ICE COLD. I just assumed that by it being indoors, that it would be heated. But it wasnt.

The rooms had no power . The front desk sent us up to check which rooms had power and which ones didn’t so we could tell them which room was ok for us to stay in. The rooms smell horrible! But everyone complained about the smell.

Only thing about the room I didn't like was the horrible smell in the room. We sprayed lysol. The smell wouldn't go away.

The hallway had a very stuffy and somewhat mildewy smell. We noticed head hair on the floor when we entered and the tub appeared to have pubic hair in it. The room should have better lighting- a bit too dark. Will say, the lobby area was clean and bright. Staff was friendly enough.

At check in the Hotel Rep was pleasant.
First walked into the room and the smell was somewhat overwhelming. Seems the rooms are cleaned with a strong disinfectant but the scent was harsh and a little too much. Ice machine on the 4th floor was not working. The Bathroom was clean, thank you, but no toilet paper holder? Maybe that’s a new thing. But thought it was weird idea to leave the rolls on the towel shelf. A quality brand of coffee would have been
preferred instead of a no name generic which was not very good. Thank you.

Stay was pretty good my only issue was the noise above us it was like kids were wrestling all night and ac unit was not getting that cold so was hard to sleep cause it got hot a few times other than that people were friendly breakfast was good and it was pretty clean hotel.

I had requested early check in. Arrive approximately 12:00 and was advised by your associate the earliest I could check in was 2:00 I wasn't happy but returned at 2:00 p.m. only to be told that I would not be able until 3:00 p.m. Her attitude was horrible as she left work at 3:00. The associate who checked me in was much more customer friendly.
