easy to get to, friendly staff and comfortable and spacious room

it was loud at night with people walking above us.

The breakfast is delicious with variety of different foods. Staff is super nice, respectful, professional, and accommodating to all of my needs. Love my room, bed, housekeeping, and location.

Just please add French toast to breakfast, then it’ll be perfect!

Hot hallway

Convenient, ready-packed breakfasts perfect for when in a rush before meetings. Rooms were well-equipped with kitchen supplies. Location pretty good.

Had to ask for bath towels as we were not given any. Not a big deal but we were caught unawares and my 6yo son had to have a looooong shower while we waited for the 1-man staff to bring them along around 7ish pm. Also, another lady whose initial is B at the front desk answering phones at 10pm could be more courteous when answering simple guest questions such as breakfast time on weekends. Unnecessarily had to make it seem like my question was idiotic and had the audacity to spell out sunday for me, like really? Left a sour taste in my mouth for an otherwise pleasant 4-night stay.

we loved everything the location the size of our studio. it has a basketball court!!!

the hot tub didnt work of course… everywhere we go now the hot tub never seems to work. also we went to get breakfast and got there literally at 9:32 and the lady turned us away.. 2 mins late😐

We love the Residence Inn and it is our favorite place to stay when we visit Houston. the rooms are big, comfortable and have everything you need. Plus they have a great breakfast included in the stay.
