Beautiful hotel. Everyone was extremely helpful & friendly. Will definitely stay there again.

Hotel was very nice and clean. Pool was also very nice. Hotel sraff was so friendly and welcoming! I would stay here again!!!

The property is beautiful and well kept. The area is also nice.

The hotel is beautiful but there were some issues. For one there was not trash can in the room only in the bathroom. The bathroom door also slams against the side of the sink when you open it which is extremely loud, and the lobby restaurant is barely open. The bartender Jennifer said she had given us free margaritas but she charged us for them instead. We did not need free margaritas we thought she was being nice. The bathroom light in our room does not work. Lastly there were a lot of very drunk very irate people around the hotel one of them even fell off a chair. The front desk staff was not very nice one of the girls would barely communicate with us. The only staff member who was awesome and super attentive was Santiago (we think that’s his name) he works at the rooftop pool and looks like of Latin.

Great place to stay. Very clean and professional staff. Housekeeping is very helpful and polite.

For paying the amount that I paid, I would’ve stayed elsewhere with better quality linens etc as well as parking not being available at the property other than valet that costs around $44.00 per day..room cleaning would have been great earlier in the day, they never came when promised that evening. Anyways, this is the reason I prefer IHG hotels.

I really enjoyed my stay here, especially as a solo traveler. Check-in was easy and the view of the king corner room was beautiful. Room service took awhile but both the rooftop and regular bar and restaurants were great. Rooftop pool is really nice and I love that the restaurant had happy hour specials. The hotel is also conveniently located and close to a lot of things. Will definitely be back!

The food is really good. I highly recommend this hotel. The best food that I have ever.

The hotel was clean, and it’s located in a great location in the heart of downtown Palm beach. The rooms are clean, great pool with a view over the city. The parking situation is not convenient, you have to pay a daily fee to park or park nearly two blocks away for a small fee. Although the concierge was helpful and professional, I can’t say the same for the restaurant workers there. I was charged twice for the wrong amount by the restaurant in the lobby and the one in the rooftop by the pool.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The showers are particularly lovely

We stayed at the Canopy hotel over Memorial Day weekend. Everything was clean, food was good and location was ideal. Easily able to walk to shops and restaurants. Only wish there were a few more lounge chairs at the pool. Otherwise wonderful hotel.

We travelled to Canopy around a year ago and loved the whole experience. That’s why we decided to come back for a longer stay this year. Pool and view were awesome, service not so much. Room service only stopped by once during our four days in Canopy - which is not the service I expect of a 4 star hotel. Fitness center was neat and clean, but bikes were not properly set up and therefore unready to use. Both of these minor points aside, check in was awful. A guy called “Seth” treated us with an attitude of Indifference and snootynes that I never ever experienced before in a hotel. Not only on check in, but over all the occasions we met during our stay.

Wonderful place with lots of great options for entertainment and dining. Lots of local attractions

The best hotel ive attended in years

I love this hotel, very urban, upscale, very clean, modern and hospitality was on point.

Great location and property was well kept. Be warned if you want to use the rooftop pool and hot tub after 7pm they turned it into a night club to cash in and no swimming allowed. Seems every night they give ‘free entry’ to guests but facilities are closed which sucks if you plan on relaxing in the roof top amenities they boldly promote. During the day. the limited loungers are behind a roped off section as they have them for outside ‘resort pass’ purchasers. Cash grab seems heavy with guests playing second fiddle.

Location is central to the city and highway. Valet parking only and expensive.

the hotel is fine, however I bed sheet was dirty & we had to call to have it changed prior to going to bed. Also doing everything with the phone is a pain in the neck & does not always work, parking price is ridiculous, location if hotel is great.

Easily one of the nicest check-in processes that I have encountered. The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to help at every turn.

We had a good stay. The only negative is that it was very difficult to get anyone to answer the phone. We wanted to order some food at Banter and they would not answer the phone. We called the front desk and he transferred the call and they still did not answer.
