Love the property, our room was super clean. Love the quietness, really feels.like your away & on vacation. Would definitely com back to this spot. Only negative we had was the pool water was too warm.

No contact, but Martin was awesome, he gave me instructions to fill out a form and gave me the codes to get into the facility and to our room. Nice and quiet!!!

Check in is virtual! Grounds are beautiful but there is an unsightly rv out-front that looks like a methlab rv you see under the freeway in dtla. Room was spacious and clean other than questionable white stains on the sofa.

they have roaches…. apparently its “normal in the summertime.” I appreciate that they changed my room and killed it asap but… at the end of the day they had a huge roach/waterbug or whatever. Idk its just scary to me.

Atmosphere calm

It was a nice quite area, but the pool area was very dated and need new chairs. The room was clean, but the couch had stains and some rips in it. Overall the it was a nice stay, but they really need to spend some money on upgrading things.

Ive been coming here since 2018. Great pricing, good location, very quiet, and great service. I keep coming back because of these things but i have noticed that the property is looking a bit tired and worn. The outlet cover plate in my room was broken, the faucet in the kitchen sink was loose, noticeable wear and tear on the door frames and the AC kept dropping black debri onto the floor. I have severe allergies, one of them being to dust. Definitely noticed my symptoms increase. The pool furniture is looking a bit tired as well. The cabana, I think needs to be removed or completely remodeled. I dont see anyone using it the times I've stayed. Overall a good experience. I think it would help to take a second look and focus on the small details. It would definitely improve the experience. I have hopes for Bellevue Oasis.

I booked a three nights stay after staying back in March. And this time unfortunately the room was incredibly below average. The sink and shower would not drain and toilet did not work properly. Even a quick shower resulted in standing in a couple inches of water. Notified the hotel on the first day within hours of arrival. Asked for maintenance to come fix it the following day it was not done and there was no other room for me to move to. The space felt very unsanitary.

This property has been re-done with all ikea furnishings. And no upkeep done. Old microwaves showers that do not drain door lock with no backings on them. The photos of this property must’ve been taken when it was newly “ Remodeled”. Sad to see such a cute place with so much potential so ran down. Save your money find another place.

It was a really great time. Room was nice and clean. There was a large front and back patio. The bed was only ok. Two twins pushed together. The hot tub and pool were clean a really lovely. I would definitely stay there again.

The place outside is beautiful. The pool and sitting area was great. My toilet seat was dirty and woman hair everywhere. My gray bath towels had woman hair on them as well. If they can just be a little cleaner that would be great.

I liked the privacy of the bungalows, nice area, quiet and not too far from the village.

We needed a hotel at the last minute because of a canceled flight. The BelleVue Oasis truly was an oasis, with a digital check in process. We enjoyed the beautiful grounds which are lush, and the jacuzzi was perfect after a stressful day.

I would stay at Bellevue Oasis every time I go to Palm Springs. The room was amazing, the bed was comfortable. The entire environment was just cozy. And I cannot say enough about the staff. 100 thumbs up for their care. The only thing I would say that was ok-ish was the water flow in the shower. But literally would not change my mind about how much I loved my stay.

Location at quiet safe place ,easy to find , service stuff did good service to help when you cannot get check in , shops and restaurants nearby.room conditions are excellent and heated pool to let you journey so relax ! Will come again !

The check-in process is a little confusing.

Was a great little hotel with an amazingly landscaped grounds and pool area. The in-room safe and kitchen window blind were not operating and the manager didn't sound all that concerned or motivated to replace or repair in the near future, so please keep that in mind if reserving.

We stayed here during an extremely busy weekend and couldn’t find an other hotel. Would not do it again. The location is great but there are people living in this hotel. Some were up and making noise at all hours. They BBQ’d in the parking lot and spent a lot of time with their doors open and hanging outside. There are signs everywhere that you can’t have pets but the ones living next door to us had a pit bull. The people two doors down also had a dog living there. We saw them take there pets outside multiple times and they didn’t pick up after their pets.

Staff is very nice and helpful, specifically Ron with the check in process. House keeping is also helpful.

Very very clean place. 10/10 Pool is warm heated, water is super clean. Room is fancy with high quality shower and tile. Very cute and cozy place. Gated and private. Highly recommend.

Great stay, quiet, only complaint is the bed was not comfortable at all. The king bed was made up of two twins pushed together with a topper. Otherwise, they had the warmest pool and Hot Tub I've experienced. Was quite enjoyable besides the bed.

Loved the atmosphere, pool and everything was very clean. Once I figured out how to check-in, the whole stay was very relaxing. I don't like that they made me feel weird for not checking in through email however...if I'm busy working and can't attend to my email, I should still be able to check-in at a front desk in a traditional way.

We enjoyed our stay! While the room is a little run down the pool and grounds make up for it. We’ll be back.

This property was just perfect for our stay. Clean, comfortable and extremely charming. Staff was friendly and so kind. Would stay there again in a second! 10/10! The heated pool and jacuzzi was my favorite and cute kitchen!

Bed was softest I've ever encountered in my history of lodging. I sank about 4 inches. Was uncomfortable. Shower did not drain. Toilet ran continuously. I left the facility a day ahead of schedule due to sub-standard condition.

Everything was good, but the shower; which was really tiny!
