Horrible service , no breakfast items by 7 am . No snacks to buy , elevator very slow and beer bottles and boxes all over hall

I cannot say enough good things about the team members here, Rishard at the desk and Katherine who helped with breakfast were wonderful humans. Everyone else we encountered was quick with a hello as well. Comfortable, clean rooms. Super close to airport and freeways.

Only negative we experienced was availability of laundry soap- said they had been out for several days - also seemed to run out of several types of soda in the fridge and after several days was still not replenished.

The people were very cordial. But you should tell your customers that your are short handed and not to expect your to bed made and you need towels replaced, even when they had already taken the dirty ones.

I did not book a handicap room. The bathroom mirror was so low I had to stoop over to see the mirror to shave. This is the second time this has happened to me and the hotel staff said that booking came from Hotels.Com.

Just stayed for one night room 429 has musky odor not very clean. Dead tick on bedding and no lotion available in bathroom, bottled had not been filled.

Our stay has been pretty nice. The hotel is decently clean and the staff is really nice. The room doesn't get cold enough for our liking but other than that the room is nice and the beds are comfy. I would definitely be staying here again in the future.

My only drawback was some thing that they had completely no control over which was the outage so we didn’t have our own keys for our rooms but other than that it was clean the staff was nice. Bless their hearts with having to escort people individually to their rooms and the breakfast could have been better as far as options, but I would definitely stay here again if needed.

I got double charged for my stay at the hotel. I was really disappointed to waste my time calling back and forth to resolve it. Even customer care did not know how to handle it. The call was rounded to the wrong hotel many times.

The staff was excellent and the room was well appointed and clean. Overall the concept is great, but the shower had to be turned on and off a bunch of times to even get it to partially work.

I really like staying at Home2 suites. The facilities are nice, clean, and well kept. We did have a maid on our floor that did not speak/understand English. Our trash was not taken out of the room and we did not get fresh towels. However, I am not complaining.

Shower had mold. Dishwasher has foul oder. Dishes in room still had food on them. The staff was very friendly and acknowledged you when you passed by.

Average at best. Front desk told me there was nothing to eat in the hotel, no dining room, no room service. The breakfast was a joke, you had to make your own waffles! Would not stay there again.

Convenient location. New. Comfortable and friendly staff. Room was spacious and like having a fridge, microwave, and dishwasher. Perfect place when away from home.
