It was under the biggest storm that hit Hanoi in the last 30 years that we checked in the Anatole Hotel. The city was closed down. There wasn’t much to do. Luckily the attentive service provided by the front desk staff made our stay quite enjoyable. They even texted us to make sure we didn’t encounter any problems going out in the storm.

We loved our stay at Anatole! The service was outstanding. We immediately felt cared for with all the attentive and polite staff. They were flexible with allowing us to check in early and leaving our luggages at the hotel before our flight. We told them it was our honeymoon and they surprised us with a slice of cake and a lovely heart towel decoration. The breakfast buffet was one of our favorite parts. The food was really good. Thank you Frankie and his staff at Anatole! We definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Hanoi.

Great location, walking distance to Hoan Kiem Lake and there are restaurants and shops all around. The breakfast buffet is very good and offers a variety of dishes and fruits. The staff are extraordinarily attentive and friendly. we needed to ship a box and they provided tape and what we needed.

Great stay. Vietnamese standard not the same as european standards but knowing that it was really great overall. Breakfast not the best. Better to eat out instead. Staff incredible nice and helpful.

The most amazing staff, never stayed somewhere so good. The breakfast also was fabulous, exceeded our expectations and more. Do hope we can return to this fantastic place one day. Great hotel in great location. Plenty of variety at breakfast. Rooftop pool & bar are great. Location is good, close to the cathedral and restaurants.

Close to the cathedral. Easy walking to sword returning lake. Super friendly f4om the staffs. Variety breakfast choices everyday.

The staff were so great. The terrace suite a beautiful comfortable and fine room. When we come back to Hanoi we will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful and attentive staff. Hotel was aesthetically pleasing, clean and had the most comfortable beds. Rooms were a little noisy as you could hear other people through the shared walls. Overall though a nice place to stay.

Great location. Wonderful staff that looks after your needs. Very nice breakfast buffet with a wide selection of western, and Asian dishes. The beds are fantastic; no problem falling alseep. Air conditioning in room is excellent. Short walking distance to the fun areas of Old Quarters including the Night Market.

The staff was amazing and the hotel was wonderfully comfortable! highly recommend for anyone!!! And would definitely come here again for my next stay. Their staff was accommodating to our trip schedule and helped us with our luggages even before and after check in. They gave great recommendations for food & was always ready to help. I felt like they offered tips and things we can do, even without me asking. I appreciated their warm hospitality and it easy for me to not worry. The room itself was beautiful, spacious, bright and comfortable. Best bed I had my whole trip in Vietnam! I loved my bath tub & shower. And the room felt very clean, well kept, updated and luxurious. After walking through the city, it was exactly what I needed. We got the executive suite. The rooftop bar was a nice cherry on top. It had unobscured views & the drinks were the best cocktails I actually had in the city. I like my cocktails not to sweet & where the alcohol blends well with the other ingredients. So I really enjoyed their happy hour - buy 2, get 1 free!

Updated hotel in a very convenient location. We were able to walk the city easily from here. Rooms have a great shower and bathroom. Bed is super comfortable. Breakfast is extensive and had pho and eggs made to order. Staff was warm and welcoming.
