The staff facility and services were excellent... I would definitely book there again next time I'm in Hau Hin...The Staff were Happy and Friendly, which made the stay perfect!!

Absolutely friendly and helpful and are always nearby to lend a hand with all your needs. Rooms are comfortable with all the necessary amenities and beds and pillows that will ensure a good night's sleep. On the minus side, the hotel is located in a narrow soi, and in my opinion, the room's walls are not soundproof as they should be.

Great place to stay, staff is very nice, helpful & friendly both in reception, house cleaning & pool bar.
Only problem during my stay was work was going on by the pool side so couldn’t relax & enjoy, but i guess thats done now & whoever is reading this can come & enjoy

This area is in the south of the city. We walked to amazing seafood; 3 Chefs is a leisurely 3 min walk (Google my review for pix). Pool is fantastic.

This is an excellent hotel and value for the money. Close walk to beach, walkable to restaurants, excellent staff, shuttle service to town, very good breakfasts, and a great pool. I would highly recommend.

All good accept couple of things, hopefully they will change it and make it a super property:
There needs to be a trash can in the bathroom.
Toilet door needs more privacy. Our room was a triple room with 3 beds, you could see through the “opec” glass bathroom door also it needs a lock. Perhaps if the room was meant for only a couple wouldn’t have mattered all
That much but in this situation is a big oversight.

I stayed at the Isanook in Hua Hin in June which is their low season we had breakfast included with our stay which was very nice. The hotel was lovely and quiet also very clean all around the hotel at all times. There is a free hotel shuttle to different locations and also to the beach.
The staff were very helpful and polite.
There are a few places to eat outside of the hotel for your evening meal within walking distance.
I would recommend staying at this hotel.

The first night in my room, there was a women used sanitary by the balcony door. The hall way was dark, need to get them change the light balb.

We stayed for 7 nights at the Private Pool Suite. Private rooftop terrace with pool was great. Room was clean and AC worked well. Also very quiet room and we had a great sleep. The service was excellent especually at the restaurant and pool bar. Although the front desk staff did not greet staying guests when passing by the reception. It would be good to have the main light switchs beside the bed and AC remote controller in the rooms. There also should be hooks for towels etc at the rooftop terrace.

Good hotel looks reasonably new mix up with payment I had to go to the desk and ask to pay. A Television directly would be good to find English language channels and a chair to sit on in the room would be nice.
Pool looked great but we were travelling so left early 6.30 breakfast start was good and lots of choices of food.

The ad said beach. We had to walk 12-15 minutes to the beach. Nice place. Good buffet. Big rooms. Maybe good if you get a discount price. Also, it is out of Hua Hin so it was nice to spend a couple days out of town.

Other criticism would be the pool bar and restaurant situation
While breakfast is a reasonable quality with usual eggs cooked to order etc, aside from the pool bar food service (and up to room), there’s no evening restaurant.
There are plenty of eateries locally with excellent quality food, but to see no option at the resort and guests ordering ‘take out’ via Grab was a surprise.
The other is the pool bar, as this closes in the evening, meaning if you want a late drink, you’d have to be in town
Otherwise, a great stay and would likely return

This property was great. We had the 3 twin bed room. Three of us stayed with golf gear. We had plenty of space. Pool staff were great, chicken burger was even better.

I stayed in a room with a private pool, and it is exceptional.

Good for the bigger room size for a more perfect stay. Room with jacuzzi is awesome to relax and wind down.
Variety of breakfast menu is surprisingly good.
Only setbacks are ...the room does not have extra pillows and toilet paper. The toilet paper has enough capacity only for daily use
And the card key is often demagnitized that frequent trips to the reception is a daily affair

We stayed in a room with a private pool. Incredible views over the mountains and sun loungers with complete privacy while still getting sun all day. The room was large with a central bath tub and also had beautiful views. Hotel was very clean and everyone was so friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend a stay with private pool room.

Amazing hotel as it is still a relatively new hotel. It was opened in 2019 but very unfortunate that it was hit by COVID, breakfast & amenities are awesome

I repeat my stay with iSanook when it comes to Hua Hin because of amazing pool and garden. It is the true meaning of resort as you can have your quiet time and sunbathe. The service is very good, plus scheduled mini car for customers. See you again soon!

Convenient location - walking distance to Khoa Takiab beach and the north end of Hua Hin beach. We had a comfortable studio room with a balcony where we could enjoy the last rays of the late afternoon sun.
