Not what I expected from a Marriott. Our towels were not cleaned and the AC did not work. Location was good, however, there was construction right outside the hotel and there was no notification of this prior to booking.

A good clean and modern hotel with excellent staff

Very pleasant stay with a lovely clean and quiet hotel, kept in great condition and with very helpful staff. Front of office was excellent and the bar staff and cleaners were very good. Good location with plenty of restaurants nearby, along with good access to roads and public transport.

Staff should learn to smile. Elevators erratic

We really enjoyed the hotel and the staff was extremely kind and helpful. We were able to make the most of our trip with their guidance and we plan on staying here for our next rip to Paris.

Hotel was clean and comfortable, breakfast was delicious everyday. Close enough to the metro that it was convenient to get to all the sights. Staff was helpful. Would stay again.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was super friendly!

Service at the hotel (reception) is very good. If you have questions the staff helps you very good. Subway is 5 minutes from the hotel and very easy to travel to Paris! We had a great weekend.

The hotel was OK, just a few negative things and some recommendations: firstly, the reception area, when we first got there were were very tired and I’m pretty sure there were a ton of free employees and none of them cared to help, and that was not the best experience regarding that this was our first time coming there. Also, they should definitely have people wait outside when guests are coming because they should help them with luggage’s, the rest was ok just a few recommendations to make this a better place for other guests.

This hotel was amazing! I fell in love with this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. I enjoyed the size, the color, the rooms were amazing. I will be coming back

This was a great hotel. The staff was very friendly, responsive, and accommodating. The rooms are spacious, clean, and quiet. Beware the location is not central Paris (and you're not paying central Paris prices), but the 12 line (Metro) is only a 5 minute walk.

Beautiful hotel

Perfect stay, and room was much bigger than a typical Paris hotel. We were there spending the weekend in the city. Easily accessible to public transit, so we were able to get around without issue.

Disappointing

This was a terrible location that shouldn't have had ground-floor rooms but did. Huge floor-to-ceiling panes of glass on street level in an unsafe part of Paris that practically invited passersby to attempt to break in. (I heard glass shattering during my stay.) The beds were shoddy -- my bed's mattress was a completely different size from the box spring -- and customer service was lacking. I asked three times for a toothbrush and toothpaste, and was told three times that it would be coming "immediately." I asked staff currently cleaning rooms if they had anything. It took over an hour for one to be delivered. These are all signs of disorganization and poor quality control that hint at larger issues throughout the building. I would not encourage other visitors to Paris to stay here, either at this Marriott, or in Issy in general.

Very nice, clean, up-to-date hotel just outside of the city with quick access to metro. Had a wonderful stay for a great price
