I have no complaint or no bad thoughts of this hotel. I was WOW though to see a kitchen in my room which I did not need but still very please to see one and to think if I ever do want to do an extended stay I would recommend to stay here again knowing they have a kitchen I can count on in a room. But overall of the room and the stay, two thumps up.

We travel alott. We normially stay at Holiday Inn in Beumount. Never again. Our stay was amazing and the facilities were on point. Down to the kitchenette. Great time and we will be back again.

This hotel is s nice hotel, it is still fsirly new. It is close enough to eating places and so forth. I'm not sure why hotels are designed to have rooms directly by the elevator, but they are not all that hreat with the amount of noise that comes by the room. Other than that, not a bad stay at all.

Room and premises were clean. Only issus we had were there was no ventilation fan in bathroom so we had to wait forever for thw mirror to defrost. The plug to the right of sink had to have had a short in it causing the hotel provided hair dryer to scream. My wife tried her blow dryer but the plugged caused hers to rev up and down when in use. Finally, the bathroom door came within a 1/16th of an inch to the toilet.(see picture)

The hotel was comfortable, easy to check in and in a good location for us. The breakfast spread was really good; lots of choices and plenty of hot choices.

Everything was a refreshment through the displacing from our home due to Beryl Hurricane, would only recommend that the vents in the restrooms actually work. Nothing that cant be managed with a little lysol but would be best if they work. And if the breakfast is announced to be 6:30 am through 9:30 am that breakfast doesn’t run out by 8:30 am. It happened on the last day of our stay, the other days it was all good.

Room was great. Clean and presentable; spacious. House keeping was always happy, helpful and genuinely concerned with making sure our stay was comfortable.

Lost power in my home from Hurricane Beryl and stayed here 5 nights. My room was clean, quiet and the bed was very comfortable with nice pillows and bedding. Surprised to find full size fridge, dishwasher and toaster in addition to glass cooktop, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker. Kitchen well stocked with everything you need to cook. Breakfast provided every morning. Hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel looked brand new. It was spotless. We liked having a mini kitchen in the room, with a Keurig coffee pot and good coffee. The hot breakfast was a treat.

Overall a great place to stay, EXCEPT for the graveyard shift lady. She's not friendly at all and speaks low when communicating with customers but has no voice issues when on her phone. Housekeeping is PHENOMENAL and fast! It can get kinda loud with some guests but it quickly gets quiet and back to normal.

Great place too stay, for the price I was expecting a regular room. I was pleasantly surprised too see a full dishwasher, with pot's, dishes, full size refrigerator,and stove. When ever in town this is my home away from home Love it!!

I loved how clean it was and it smelled very nice! Breakfast was delicious especially the potatoes. We had trouble with our room key the guy was helpful and got Maintenance look at it when we were gone but when we come back later that night I just wanted to check the update of it before we went up to our room and the lady was super rude awnsering this was on Friday night around 12-1

Overall my visit here has been pleasant EXCEPT for the graveyard shift front desk lady. She's very abrasive, discourteous, and borderline outright rude! It seems that she prefers to be on her phone watching videos all loud rather than being doing her job which consists of being hospitable towards customers. Not only that she's slow as molasses when checking in. The young man that checked me in at 7:45PM on 7-1 was PHENOMENAL- courteous, fast, friendly, and he greeted and thanked me for staying at the hotel. The suites are big, roomy, and well stocked for a short-term stay.

The only disappointing part was the employee at the check in counter. We did not feel welcome and it seemed like she was unhappy with the questions asked and we were an interruption to her day. No eye contact or smile and we had just come off an 7 hour drive.

It’s a nice hotel. The lady at the front desk never made eye contact with me. She actually staired past me and Left while explaining the breakfast and checking out.

The staff were very nice and helpful. The property was very clean and safe. Parking was convenient and well lit at night. Even though everything appeared very clean there was a strong odor in the hallways and elevator. Additionally, the coffee machine was not working at breakfast.

The breakfast was not good, no available plates aside from the bowls, and coffee machine kept breaking. They were not ready for the guests staying over for the week, breakfast time was a problem. Everything else was good!

Good stay comfortable room as needed sleep after a long 9 hour flight plus time to travel to Beaumont. Breakfast great choice something for everyone although now bowls available for cereal so if that’s what you want take one down from your room.

I didn’t like that the handicap-able room I had was shoddily put together. There are large gaps in the drywall and flooring. In the bathroom, there isn’t caulking in between the railings and pipes which is going to cause mold to grow. The AC unit was also full of mold. Those units have to be taken apart to fully clean the mold from the shutters. Cleaning the filters isn’t enough do to the humidity and lack of constant airflow in the rooms.
