Die to unexpected accident, we were not able to travel and such a 5 star hotel has no flexibility.

The staff and restaurant has international standards. I purchased the breakfast buffet which was worth the price . I felt safe dining inside the hotel versus going to restaurants outside. Panglao is not Palawan or Boracay. If you want a better swimming beach, this is NOT the beach. Balicasag island again is NOT PALAWAN or Boracay or Siargao. But Hennan , is great for lodging, breakfast was great and worth to purchase , dinner buffet- meh , the food was just not well presented and not so tasty. Pasta was mushy, and the Alfredo sauce was just pasty. I would just to the Ala cart versus the expensive dinner buffet

I enjoyed this resort! Really liked the bedding in my room. The only minus - it is noisy during the day because there are lots of kids playing and shouting in the swimming pool. However, I think for this very reason the pool hours is only until 8:30pm. Amazing breakfast buffet. Walking distance to the restaurants and shops outside the resort.

First of all, the hotel staff always treated us kindly for 3 nights and 4 days. During the trip to bohol, the Haenan tawala resort was a comfortable place to rest, and security was good enough to make us feel safe. If we find Bohol again, we will visit Tawala again. Thank you

We had a pleasant stay. Although it is not for couples without their babies. So for breastfeeding mommas...They charged us 400php for storing our breastmilk in their freezer since the fridge in our bedroom is not cold enough. Even with the charge, storing the ones we pumped at night is not possible since they closed the kitchen so we had to make-do... we asked for a bucket with ice so we can store it there until the morning. Fridge in the bedroom is not cold enough for storage of the expressed milk. Not cold enough to freeze it.

The most important was the safety of the customers!..to get to the elevator to your room you have to cross the pool area…the ground was always wet!.I have seen adults and children fell on their butts because the ground was wet and slippery!!..the ground staff could not keep up drying the walking area!
