We had t switch rooms initially because the heat wasn't working. The bed was too hard for my wife.
We would have preferred a coffee maker/hot water heater in our room but the coffee was only available in the common area. However, the hot water dispenser in that area was broken, so in order to make hot tea, I had to heat up a cup of cold water in the microwave, which was a hassle and time-consuming.
The hotel was indeed clean and the staff was helpful. It seems like the parking areas were like a bomb area, because of massive potholes and difficulty getting to the hotel.

I great value & location. This was second stay @ this property & will definitely be staying again. The only negative is the Breakfast.

Very nice hotel. Would stay again. For breakfast, my kids missed not having waffles but they did have Jimmy Dean biscuits, cereal, bagels, fruit, yogurt, granola bars and all sorts of juices.

It was nice. New in good shape. Well maintained. Normally hotels in this area used by oil field travelers cause it lot of hotels to look ridden hard but it was in good shape.

The bathroom mirror was falling off the wall when we checked in and by 6:30 in the morning we heard a loud noise and the mirror had fallen off and hit the sink. Let the staff know about it and said they were going to send maintenance to check it out

We booked our stay for a king size bed and we got 2 standard queen beds. We couldn’t connect to the tv to watch Disney for my baby. The tech came and said he would fix it never heard from him.

I had a difficult time sleeping. Every time the ac unit would kick on or off it sounded as if someone was trying to get into the room. The whole floor in the shower looked dirty from something black. It is a very modern hotel and the room felt small.
