This was one of 6 hotels on my 6 day trip. This place was amazing. Clean. Nice. Good breakfast. Comfy rooms. Smaller..but good. I was checking reviews before i booked. But everything checked out good. There is 50 dollar deposits per room they dont tell you on hotels.com tho. We had 2 rooms. But it was still well worth it.

Check in was super fast. Got there at midnight. Staff was very friendly. Room was extremely nice! Breakfast was so so but decent. Defiantly would recommend staying there

I love the fact that there’s no carpet so it’s smells very clean. The air conditioners don’t have a musty and mildew stench like other hotels.

Fairly new hotel, very nice and modern, front desk staff was friendly and offered cookies and water during check in, room was very nice, bed very comfortable and bathroom and shower was top notch…appears area around the hotel is being developed…

The hotel appears to have been recently renovated and modernized, but the rooms are considerably smaller than other hotels we’ve stayed at in the past. In regards to cleanliness, it was ok, but the mold around the entire shower stall was not appealing. A little bleach would fix this issue very easily. However, the thing that needed fixed more than anything was the AC. The noise was terrible. When it came on we had to literally turn the TV up from 12 to 23 to hear and to make out what was being said, but the worst is being awakened at 5:40 in the morning by how loud it was. I did try to tell someone when we were leaving that it needed fixed, but there was no one at check out so we just left our room keys and headed out. Otherwise, the breakfast had good options for a continental and the bed and pillows were pretty comfortable. I would highly recommend pulling the darkening blinds. We didn’t, so when the AC woke us up, there was no going back to sleep due the sun being up already.

Very clean and great staff

Although I booked a double room for myself, my sister in law and our THREE KIDS they chose us to downgrade into a king size room bc they “overbooked” this is also a MICOhotel and that is not advertised so there is literally NO room to move about the room. We ended up having to go and buy an air mattress bc there was no way we were all 5 (6 including my 9 month pregnant belly) fitting in a king size bed. There is also no microwave in the room and the mini fridge did not work, as well as the bathroom being out of most of the toiletries - ofc we had our own, but it’s still inconvenient when you don’t even have hand soap in the bathroom. I had my reservations far in advance and due to other events in the city EVERY decent hotel within an hours drive of where we needed to be was sold out. The hotel didn’t even bother calling until an hour before check in time. Now Expedia claims they’ve tried contacting the hotel and haven’t heard any luck - although it’s been 4 days they’ve been waiting in a response and the only thing expedia has offer to “fix it” is $50 off my next stay. This was $384 stay for 2 days. Plus $78 on the air mattress. I also have extremely sensory overload and have panic attacks in small areas so the ENTIRE weekend was a horrible experience.

We were suppose to have a king room to celebrate our anniversary went to check in early and room wasnt ready no problem we will go eat and come back. Came back and a different person at the front desk said we didn't have a reservation with them to make a long story short we had to settle for a double room. Weren't too happy. Probably will never stay at that hotel again

Over all room was basic. Beds were comfortable. Staff was very friendly and professional. Other then the shower being broken and them not giving us our money back or at least half off the room. It was a pretty nice place

Our stay was the Avid hotel was very nice. My wife and I came in town to celebrate her birthday. The check in experience was quick and easy - Teresa was very informative of the hotel amenities and gave use a solid layout of things, our room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was decent, my wife imagine a different breakfast experience like with waffles however we made it worthwhile. The checkout was seamless, we used the television to request our checkout and went downstairs to return the room key. The lady at the checkout with the purple highlights was very friendly and asked us how was our stay.

My hotel stay and staff were great. Ashley Easley at the front desk was very helpful and made me feel welcomed. Would definitely come back if ever back in Lebanon!
