The apartment was amazing! Wish my stay was longer. Very clean, just a little confusing getting in - but I will book again, if in the area.

Loved the room the view was amazing, even more so at night. It felt so good to have all amenities of home. Felt we could actually move in and enjoy living in the city. We will most definitely book again.

It’s a very clean, hidden and quiet hotel. Really loved the space. I did wake up quite early for a shower and there was no hot water, not great.

Mint House is our GO-TO property in Downtown Dallas offering awesome views, well-furnished apartments with washer/dryer and kitchen, great beds, and an awesome location right across the street from the Eyeball. PERFECT.

I have been staying at this property once per month for the last 8 months this year and it's been fantastic each time. The rooms are extremely clean, neat, organized, well equipped and never an issue with the building or the guests. Great value, and the guest service managers go above & beyond to make sure you are comfortable.

The Mint House is SO cool and our stay was great! Beautiful view, always felt clean, safe and secure and had all very thoughtful, comfortable and common sense amenities. James was amazing on our checkin and all the staff we had contact with were courteous, friendly and efficient. I will definitely stay at the Mint House again! A FIVE STAR experience! Thank you MH!

The actual room is fine, if you can manage to get into it - which I couldn’t because the code they texted me didn’t work. Was stuck in the hallway for an hour because they don’t have any actual on site employees. Luckily a security guard associated with the building was able to find someone for me. My air conditioner stopped working at 2am and I had to sleep in 80 degree heat. The building (though not the room) is literally infested with thousands of crickets. I must have killed 20 of them waiting for a car. The area is surrounded by homeless people who aggressively come up to you and ask for money. Do not stay here, worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

Stayed in a 1 bed & a 2 bedroom suite once family joined us. Both were very clean, nicely decorated with everything down to laundry soap available. Amazing views from the 49th floor. Would definitely recommend.

View was amazing! Walkable to dining areas and 5 minute drive to deep elm. The cleanliness was good except with the shower area. There was still a ball of hair in the drain so I just wore my flip flops when showering but everything else was perfect. The service was impeccable!

This was probably the best place we have ever stayed!! Top floor with an outstanding panoramic view of downtown Dallas. Fully equipped kitchen, roomy walk in shower. Separate bedroom. Excellent check in and service! I’ll be looking for more Mint House properties in other cities!!

This hotel was one of the best I have ever stayed at. The updated, spacious room was a major highlight, but the biggest positive was the cleanliness of the hotel, especially on the top floor.

This room was amazing. It was basically a one room apartment with an amazing view of the downtown and city. Everything about this was better than a hotel in my opinion. We were walking distance to everything downtown like the JFK 6th Floor Museum, deep Ellum district, bars, food, just a prime location.

What really stood out at Mint House were the details. There were multiple towel hooks that were actually placed by the shower! Liquid hand soap instead of bar soap and somewhere to put a hand towel. Window shades that actually blocked out the light. Basic things that almost all hotels and home rental places just seem to ignore.
The room was modern, clean, and had a beautiful view. The only thing we missed having was a full-length mirror, which could be placed on the inside of the closet door. We were very happy with our stay!

First time staying at Mint house. Gorgeous set up. I loved how it felt like an apartment style and def made the stay more comfortable.
The security to get to your room was also another one of my fav things. Some may be annoyed with having to go up an elevator and get on to another but for someone traveling alone it was nice

The room was amazing. However, the area rug that was under the foot of the bed needed to be replaced. The corner of the rug was raised and I tripped on it. The rug was held down with rug tape but the corner was deteriorated past staying down with rug tape. We notified the concierge and they immediately taped it again, however, it was still a tripping hazard and truthfully needs to be replaced. Otherwise we were extremely satisfied and will stay there again. They also wrote a note and left a gift basket because it was our wedding anniversary.

This was a great choice for a quick and quiet getaway! We chose a corner room and had such an amazing view! The room itself was so sleek and clean; very much a great place to relax. Checking in and out was so easy too! No need for waiting in long lines to get a key card or fill out extra paperwork; everything was sent by email and very easy access throughout! I love how communicative they were with texts to check in even before arrival. Mint House made it a breeze to stay for my family!

Amazing gem in Downtown Dallas. The room felt more like home than a hotel. The staff was exceptional and there when you needed them. The views of Dallas were breathtaking, especially at night. You are close to everything, parks, food, coffee and museums. I had a wonderful stay here and would most certainly stay again!
