I had a horrible experience at the hotel! The front desk staff and their manager made me feel completely unwelcome and unappreciated.
I booked a room through Booking.com and paid the full amount, including various fees, taxes, and additional resort fees (I have the itemized receipt as confirmation of all my expenses). At check-in, the receptionist informed me that we were assigned a room with no window. There was no mention of this detail on the website; the only indication was the phrase "no view" in the list of amenities. Seriously? Does "no view" really mean "no window"? They wanted to charge me extra for a room with a window. They claimed they didn't care that I had already paid all the fees, taxes, and resort fees through Booking.com (which amounted to an extra $100 on top of the room cost), because their system for collecting resort fees doesn't work with third parties. They pressured me to pay the resort fees again. I showed them my itemized receipt and requested to speak with the manager. Unfortunately, the manager was uninterested in helping or resolving the issue, treating me as if I were the problem.
I believe that a business's reputation and its customers should matter more than mistakes made in collaboration with Booking.com. A manager should be someone who is engaged and willing to assist, not a brazen individual with a lack of empathy. That shameless and obstinate manager made me pay the resort fee twice and left me feeling very foolish.
To summarize, it's not a problem for me to pay extra, but when you're paying $324 per night, you expect at least a welcoming and friendly service. It's such a shame for a Hilton property! I will never stay at any hotel in this group again. They need to hire smarter and kinder people to represent them at the front desk.
(Interestingly, a day after my checkout, they refunded the extra payment without any communication. Perhaps they realized their mistake.

We give this property 5 stars! It’s always very clean, awesome rooms, beautiful views and we love Jade waters! Beautiful hotel! We were even able to change our room from interior to an awesome city view by the help of a very helpful and accommodating staff member. Considering that it was a weekend stay in July made it even better.
There’s nothing not to like about this hotel. Obviously a little pricey, but you get what you are paying for at the Anatole.

They charged us several times for things that were not ours. We were later told someone left our portfolio up and sold additional resort passes. Staff was not helpful in fixing the issue. The next day we were then charged for two cars parked overnight when we only had one. Along with 3 charges that has no explanation, that we also later found out were errors. Nice hotel, but every time I stay there something happens with my final bill.

The property was nice and big lots of art work to view.
Bed was uncomfortable too hard. Not very many activities to do. Great Wolf lodge it a better bang for your buck. The kids liked the stay though.

The mattress in the room were comfortable.
First and foremost, upon arrival the front desk would not let me check in 20 minutes early. They offered me a different room which I accepted however, the room had horrible insulation. Slamming doors, loud and disorderly neighbors and hotel guests, maids playing loud music throughout each morning, some type of dragging noise occurring between 3am until early morning hours.
Additionally, I have never stayed in a hotel where a deposit and full stay price have been required upfront. I was prepared to pay the price shown on booking.com. $617. However, due to the hidden costs I had to pay $800 upfront.
My booking included hotel amenities which would include the lazy river per the hotel website. Upon arrival, I was charged $25 a day extra for the water park which front desk personnel explained was the park and the lazy river. To top that off I was not able to enjoy the lazy river or water park because of weather. Additionally, as a hotel guest already paying a high amount I had to pay $10/day to self park my vehicle. This should have been included in my booking. None of which was ever explained upon booking until arrival at the hotel.
Lastly, we placed an order for room service the first night and both my husband and I got extremely sick. The food poisoning lasted through the night until the morning. When contacting hotel staff about the matter they refused to offer a refund and opened an investigation stating that they would contact other hotel guests and see if they experienced any similar symptoms. I was told someone would be contacting me to follow up within 24 hours which never happened.
The texting app messaged me regarding my satisfaction with our stay and I gave the rating a 2. I was told then that a manager would be contacting me within the hour which also never happened.
When we checked out the front desk attendant explained that due to the check out time I would be charged for the night leading to us paying the full price after all.

The front desk staff was mostly kind and helpful.
The advertised room that we booked was not available upon check in, which we did not find out until going to the room they assigned us and having to return to the front desk. Elevator is inconveniently located from many of the rooms. The room they moved us to was seemingly a downgrade from the room with only one bed they gave us at check in. The floors were dirty in our room, shower walls had mildew and bacteria build up. The fire alarm went off at 5am and everyone was told to evacuate, only to be told within 30 min to disregard and return to room. The advertised bars are not all open. Valet and bell service were not helpful nor accommodating with getting our bags to/from our car and room, nor did valet even open our doors. Valet advertised price was different at check in.

The hotel itself is amazing. There happened to be a large conference going on when we were at the hotel, but it didn't get in the way and had some interesting events. The hotel bar was amazing, with the wife and I ordering several different drinks and being happily surprised every time. The wife went to the eucalyptus spa and lap pool and Said those were fantastic as well.
Sound proofing between rooms, especially ones that happen to have an adjoining door, is very much needed. Ended up having to listen to rap all morning from the neighbors.

The view is amazing the art work so much to do and everything you need is all there absolutely love it!
Parking if you don’t get valet but it’s really busy at times and you have to park far but they have cameras and 24 hour security/ police

My room in an atrium tower was very nice with great views of Dallas and hotel amenities were as extensive as any I have encountered.
A walking bridge spanning the small river adjacent to the property should be installed to allow guest easy access to the nice walking path on the far side of the river. This feature would be ideal for morning walks and runs. Currently, guest must contend with busy city streets outside the property. For that matter, there is not a good walk way across the expansive parking lot.

This was a staycation for me and the location is in the middle of everything. The staff was really nice and the hotel and room were nice. I wish it were more quiet but I think there was an expo or conference happening the weekend I stayed. I also visited the spa and it will definitely be going back. The ladies were nice and the deep tissue was excellent.
At first I didn’t care for having an interior room (no windows) however because I needed to relax and this was a staycation it was actually really good for me. The weekend I stayed there was an event so the hallway was noisy I just think the walls are thin because I could hear when the shower was on in the other room. I also didn’t care for the parking because when leaving I no longer had the key card to exit and I had to wait for someone to let me out.

Nice appearing facility
When we arrived to check in, the lady at the desk stated she had no rooms to give us for our reservation. Then she “found” one. It was on the 18th floor and construction started at 0730 the next morning. They were also replacing the carpet and the smell from the new carpet gave us headaches. We were never told there was construction or we would have not stayed there. We were there to celebrate a birthday and never get a night out, being parents to young kids. It was such an expensive room and we left tired and extremely disappointed. We stood in line at check out to speak to a manger but the check out lines were long due to a convention ending the same day and hundreds of people checking out at the same time.

The staff were amazing. Very friendly and helpful. Seemed like they loved their job especially the valet group! Having two sinks with four in our room was such a blessing. I would stay here again.
The water park was way over crowded. Difficult to find a chair to sit down. We came after school started thinking it would not be crowded but a convention was there, probably adding to the crowd. In addition, we could never get the room to cool down in spite of turning the AC all the way down.

Facilities and food
We had to wait about 6 hours to check in because they were behind in cleaning the rooms so no clean rooms were available but we still had to check out at the designated time so basically we paid for a full day for the first day but did not get a full day for the first day.
