Hotel was overbooked so had to stay at another hotel. Reservation was paid in June through Hotels. com. We were more than five other customers who had to stay elsewhere but customers who booked directly with Hilton were not affected. Thoroughly disappointing after travelling for more than 12 hours.

Pricila at the front desk was great. The only down side was our AC made very loud noises through the day and night.

Terrible terrible terrible terrible - offers free airport shuttle service except the don’t show up. A bunch of us waited over an hr for the shuttle to pick us up and they never showed. Eventually had to take an Uber. Called the pickup service and the guy said he was coming but was very rude and never showed! Terrible terrible terrible terrible

Best Tru we stayed in. Absolutely the best shower in any hotel. Bed very comfortable as well. Staff friendly and helpful!

The check in was very efficient. Eduardo is amazing..he helped me with securing the shuttle service to and from the cruise port. The location enables one to walk to necessities in the area.

Too many "hidden" fees. We were dealing with hurricane evacuation, a long drive for safety, and the need for "no" power outage (wife works remote). Our bill was significantly above the quote, after parking, valet, fees, resort fees, and taxes.
Just what we needed - more stress added to our plates.

Our group particularly liked the lobby and pool table area. It just felt really comfortable and homey. Lots of snacks available and breakfast was pretty decent.

Zachary at the front desk is AWESOME. He was very helpful and informative. The housekeeping staff needs to step it up. They didn't even sweep the room, because there was a big ball of hair on the floor. My hair is dyed blonde, so definitely not mine.

This was the perfect hotel to be close to the airport. It was a good price, easy to schedule the airport transportation and overall clean.

It’s a good hotel for stay, we have a nice time with my family unfortunately they could improve the recicle options

My stay here was awesome .. quiet, all friendly staff, clean, good breakfast, early checkin was a breeze there was a $50 fee to check in at noon but the morning I had with FLL airport it was worth the lessening of my stress. This Tru was truly a chill experience for my wife and I.

Perfect location! 5 minutes from the airport.

No cups in bathroom, room showed some signs of aging, tub area needed new calking, there was a hair in the tub. Beds were fine!

We arrived early and the front desk worked to get us a room right away. The property is very clean, and the free breakfast hot and fresh, and constantly refilling with fresh food. Everyone has been very friendly. There's great restaurants in the area, it's super close to the port and airport, and not a tourist trap area. We'll definitely be back the next time we visit this area.

4 of us stayed at hotel and it seemed safe and clean. Restaurant and brewery close by in walking distance . Close to airport and cruise port . Nice big lobby for breakfast, pool table and games .
