The stay was very nice

Recommendable.

Old rooms, TV did not work, during my stay, I asked the front desk a young lady by the name of Allison and she responded, it was probably, I did not know how to operate device, only after several complains, they send a tech and he could not even get unit to work, will not stay there even again

Staff was super attentive and prompt on anything we asked. If u sign up for use of the van they take u and ur guests as long as u tip so no need for taxis. We payed for the morning buffet and it was worth it 6am-12noon. Staff was excellent. All around great stay.

The room service is 24hrs and they staff is very professional and kind. The morning buffet price was fair and all the servers were very attentive.

Rooms are too small and too old; dirty carpets; shower was really dirty, ver small bathrooms, few natural light, bad lighting.

Excelente service

It is a nice hotel. The staff is very attentive. The room was excellent and comfortable. However, the hotel entrance is too small and the parking lot is also small there are a few stores and restaurants around. It is close to a road with a lot of traffic. You need a car or a taxi if you want to visit turistic areas

The view and scenery was beautiful. The staff is very friendly. My daughter enjoyed the pool. Overall a pleasant experience.

They have one accessible room on the first floor and entry, but we were given a 2nd floor and some members could not access the room because one was on crutches and the other in a wheel chair.

The hotel was pretty nice for what it was! The rooms were spacious and had nice amenities. The bathroom/shower were a bit tight in terms of space but otherwise, everything else was great. The bed was really comfortable. Didn’t get a chance to get in their pool but it looked quite nice and clean. We did have breakfast one morning and the food was pretty decent. Perhaps not a lot of variety for it being a buffet but it was good enough. The price was reasonable too, it was about 310 pesos per person. The staff were courteous as well.

Very clean the staff was wonderful. The food omg delicious. I also got a massage by this lovely lady on Christmas Day she was excellent. We will definitely be back soon.

It was the first time I knew Tampico, the hotel was very good from the friendly attention on my arrival to the clean and tidy rooms. In the restaurant, for dinner the staff very attentive, in addition to explaining any questions I had. They had some deli cocktails, deli; Breakfast was the best part from my point of view variety from the fruit and yogurt, to an omelet with egg whites as requested.

Remains as one of the best in the city, pool area looks like a little jungle and is very pleasant

The manager Omar argue with me infront of my friends so rude about my free breakfast for 2 people he said I ONLY zone!

It was a very nice and clean hotel. It had a beautiful pool. The staff was very professional and always willing to help. The restaurant was good.

Nice old, renovated hotel, staff will everything to make it right if something is not to your liking. It has well around amenities for different type of travelers.

A good hotel overall

After making a reservation through Hotels.com, I arrived to find it had been cancelled over a technicality. Fortunately, there were rooms available. After getting the room key, I asked how to get to the room. The people behind the desk had no idea were it was, and I eventually found my way. The next day, another employee informed me there was a payment pending for a meal at the restaurant. I was under the impression a voucher had been opened at arrival, but it turned out it had not been done. Why this was worrisome to them is beyond my understanding and told her she could rest assured that I would pay whatever amount was outstanding at check out. Curious experience all around.

Great service!

They updated recently and it looks really nice. The pool area is pretty with all the plants and they seem to clean all the time to keep leaves out. Nice basic room. The shower was annoying though because water gets all over the floor and the door pushes the bath mat away.

Complimentary water and beer in the room upon arrival and upon request. Beautiful hotel. There is a deli in the lobby. Pls try Cafe Nancy…it is an alcoholic coffee with a unique Mexico liquor. People who work there are super nice. I would stay again

The staff was very nice and respectful. I did not like our room because it was filled with mosquitos. Not sure if this was just our room but it was very annoying.
