The best hotel I’ve stayed at in a very long time. Very clean, staff were friendly, everything seemed new and up to date. Bed was comfy and room was quiet. I stay in hotels a lot due to work and I was very impressed with this hotel

There was no shampoo in the shower.
I asked the lady at the front desk to have our room cleaned when we left in the morning and when we came back the room was not cleaned.
I told the same lady the following morning and she said I never asked her to have it cleaned. I was going to ask her to check the cameras but I didn’t want to waist more time!

The hampton inn failed to clean our room any of the 4 days we were staying there. We even asked them on the 2nd day and they still failed to clean our room while we were gone. My girlfriend had to ask for fresh towels on the 3rd day. The manager apologized for the lack of cleaning but still annoying.

When we arrived there was a dispute over the dog fee. Hotels.com website had the fee at $50 but the hotel wanted to charge us $75. The girl on reception was extremely rude and was initially refusing to accept our position she did eventually but very reluctantly give in. Then when we got to our dog friendly room which we paid $50 for there was a piece of the carpet missing and the walls were marked. Breakfast was also disappointing because they were supposed to serve until 10am but the breakfast bar was not kept stocked until that time.

Overall overnight stay was good. The reason I didn’t put an excellent rating was because wifi for TV never worked, even though it was connected. Toilet handle was broken.

The late check in was flawed as the card reader malfunctioned for numerous rooms. The breakfast was poor as the eggs were burnt, the oatmeal plaster, and no milk to thin it.

The hotel blind-sided both me and Expedia, canceling my reservation without notice. I only learned I was canceled when I arrived after a long drive, tired and ready to crash. The hotel claimed it was “overbooked.” That’s really lousy!

We had a very good 1 day overnight restful stay. Travelling for health issues. It was what we needed...quiet and rest.

They had overbooked the hotel so we had to take a room not the same as we asked for with no apology, discount or any attempt to make it right. Then room blowing very cold air. They acknowledged there was an hvac problem. We did not get a resolution to this problem either besides some extra blankets so we bundled up and cuddled in our king instead of two queen bed

Didnt hold the room i reserved, months in advance. Called the room 7:15am ( after a long day of travel sleeping in was on agenda) to twll me they had a roll out bed. Then called AGAIN before 8am taking it back and transferred to another room. It was just annoying. All i wanted to do was relax. between the cleaners and the doors slamming on my last morning. I gave up.

The property was great. Will help the oilfield worker population tremendously. Clean, new, and good customer service. Highways are currently torn up. Tough for guests right now if trying to get to certain appointments. This will pass to make it a very viable property.

Room was clean and good size. Staff was friendly. TV wasn’t working, we were offered a new room but opt to stay in the room we had. We were happy with our stay there.
